You’ll love this location: just a quick walk or shuttle ride away from the Snowflake Lift, then ski back to the complex on 4 O'Clock Run. It’s just a two-block stroll to Main Street, and you can take the footpath to the seasonal Upper Village Pool and Hot Tubs or enjoy a relaxing soak in the on-site communal hot tub as well. Sundowner II Treeline Condo is a wonderful in-town condo close to the slopes!

This 2-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom condo is fantastic for families and groups of up to eight — and with two bedroom/suites with private bathrooms, it’s great for two couples to share! The living room features a gas fireplace, a flat-screen TV, and a large sectional couch. The fully equipped kitchen features quartz counters, stainless steel appliances, and all the gear you’ll need to keep the troops happy and fed when you’re not exploring all the nearby dining options downtown! There’s seating for eight at the dining table.

Other amenities include an in-unit washer/dryer, complimentary Wi-Fi and parking for two vehicles. As with all SMR properties, this property is professionally cleaned and inspected before each arrival, and the condo is fully stocked with clean linens, plenty of fresh towels, and basic toiletries. Our professional staff is also available 24/7 to ensure your vacation is as hassle-free as possible.

This was a perfect location for enjoying nearby trails and downtown area. We were able to walk to almost everything we did while we were there. We cooked almost every meal here and we had everything we needed in the kitchen. The beds were extremely comfortable and we appreciated the washer and dryer in the unit as well. We were very happy with our stay here. Also, there was hardly anyone else parked in the parking garage so parking was never an issue. We used the pool on evening and it was okay but we didn’t find ourselves going back the rest of the trip.

Beautiful condo!

The condo was perfect for our family! Plenty of space and SO clean! It was so close to downtown Breckenridge and great hiking nearby! Could not have been a better place for us! The property was beautiful and everything we needed was walking distance. We would love to return to see this area in the winter!

We enjoyed our stay at the Sundowner. The unit itself was updated, clean, and very well laid out. We appreciated the blankets in the living room as the evenings and mornings were brisk. We also appreciated the well stocked kitchen, which made eating in really easy. The washer and dryer in the unit were wonderful to have too. We did need the code for throwing away trash as well as the code to the hot tub at the building. The property managers were quick to reply.The exterior of the building is rather dated, but the unit is updated and very comfortable.

We had such a wonderful time the condo was super clean and we loved the location. About a 4 min walk to snowflake lift and an easy walk into town. The pool and hot tub were an added bonus. The pool was pretty cold but the hot tubs were wonderful.

Good times- Great skiing

We were visiting Breckenridge for the first time with another family; 4 adults & 4 elementary aged kids. The condo worked perfectly for our group, with kids in the bunk room and adults in other room and on living-room pull out. The co do was well appointed with everything we needed. The snowflake lift is a short walk up hill from the condo and the 4 o'clock run goes right past the condos across the street. Breckenridge was very easy to navigate for the first time visitors and excellent for all abilities. Thank you we had a wonderful visit!

Breck > Texas Summer Heat

Overall, pretty great. Check in was easy and seamless (texts are amazing vs email). Location was perfect, and the condo was clean. A few minor suggestions: master bed (king) could use a replacement (a tad worn on each side with a jump in the middle), and the master bath shower could use a door or curtain (water spilled out everywhere while showering). Only other slight issue was the downstairs bathroom would make a loud water noise off/on all throughout the night (like the sound of water flushing and refilling, even though no one in our unit was using that restroom). Woke me up several times during the night. I never actually received a parking pass via email (that I know of), but wasn’t an issue for us, as we simply parked outside in community parking. Family was super pleased, and cost was very affordable - so again, overall a great experience.

Girls trip to Breck

We had a fabulous time staying at this location. Checking in was a breeze. They send you a text message when the place is ready and the message has all the codes needed to access everything. The unit was very nice and clean. The kitchen had a lot of cooking supplies. The master was great but the second bedroom's bed was a nice surprise. In the pictures it looked like a standard bunk bed, but there was an additional full size trundle bed as well. You could easily fit a family of 5 in the second room. We stayed during the summer so we did not use the locked ski closet outside the front door, but I thought it would be great for winter guest. It was a good size and would easily hold everyone's gear. The only issue we ran into was the air didn't seem to kick on properly. However, Colorado temps drop a lot at night in the summer so just leaving the windows open at night and even throughout the day was no problem. Location, location, location!! It was fabulous. An easy 5-8 minute walk one direction and you are right downtown or a 8 minute walk in the other direction you are at the base of the mountain. It was great! The grounds were well maintained and it was so pretty in the area. We had a lovely stay and would go back to stay in the winter for skiing. I would highly recommend this spot to anyone going to Breck year round.

Location, location, location

Great location. Easy walk to town and snowflake lift. Right off of yellow bus route so if walking in ski boots to the lift or home from lift is not your thing (especially with kids) the bus stops right in front/acrossthe street.
