Quandary Anwesen: Luxuriös, atemberaubende Aussichten

5 BR, 5.5 BA Luxury Home – Private Hot Tub – Incredible Mountain Views – Sleeps 12!

Quandary Peak is the highest peak in Summit County and one of the most popular “fourteeners” to climb in Colorado. It’s known for its beautiful topography, moderately difficult hiking, and hoards of friendly mountain goats. This luxurious estate takes its name from the incredible views of Quandary Peak from nearly every room in the house!

Quandary Estate is a modern, high-end home situated in mature pine trees just outside of Breckenridge in the quaint town of Blue River only a 10-minute drive from downtown Breckenridge and the slopes at Breckenridge Ski Resort. Its 5 bedrooms, 5.5 bathrooms comfortably accommodates up to 12 people and the two living areas, full bar area, massive deck, and private hot tub truly put this home in a league of its own. You’ll love spending your Rocky Mountain vacation in this stunning home!

Walking through the massive front door, you’ll enter the main living area with its fantastic mixture of rustic looks with modern interior design. You’ll also get your first look at the east face of Quandary Peak through the massive floor-to-ceiling windows. The open floor plan gives the main living space an airy feel that lead directly to the porch, where you can watch the sunset around the gas fire pit. The main living features comfortable furniture surrounding a beautiful gas fireplace where you can relax and take in the incredible views.

The chef’s kitchen is situated just off the living area and is just as spectacular as the rest of the home. With high-end stainless-steel appliances and plenty of counter space on gorgeous white granite countertops, you’ll have everything a professional chef would have at your disposal to whip up a culinary masterpiece. Best of all, you’ll still be able to enjoy the views while you cook! Just off the kitchen is the dining area with a large table with enough room for the entire group (10 seats) and four more seats at the kitchen island.

Downstairs is the second living area that features a full-size wet bar. There are two large flat-screen TVs so you won’t miss any of the action during football season. And if you’re looking to relax in the serene mountain setting, just step out onto the lowery porch where you’ll find the private hot tub.

Other amenities include complimentary Wi-Fi throughout the home, a full laundry area, and two-car garage. Like with all Summit Mountain Rentals properties, we supply all linens, basic toiletries, and the home is professionally cleaned and inspected before each arrival. Our helpful staff is also on call 24/7 to ensure you always have everything you need and that your stay is as comfortable and hassle free as possible.
