This ski-in/ski-out 3BR/2BA condo boasts a fantastic location at the base of Peak 9.
As part of The Village at Breckenridge, enjoy quick access to the slopes, incredible hiking trails, and local boutiques and eateries on Main Street. The only place in Breckenridge where you are at the base of the mountain and steps to Main Street for all the dining and shopping the town has to offer.

The primary suite features a brand new king bed and an en-suite recently remodeled bathroom with a dual shower. As well as a desk and high-speed wifi for remote work.
Another queen bed is also offered in the second bedroom. Both rooms provide direct access to a private balcony.
In the third bedroom, you’ll find a brand new twin-over-queen and a twin-over-twin bunk beds with direct access to a second balcony, which is also accessible via the dining area.
The guest bathroom has a brand new walk-in shower.
