The Master King Bedroom is located on the top (3rd floor) with a vaulted ceiling, and a 48" TV creating a quiet retreat you can hide away.The Master Ensuite bathroom is set up with towels, shampoo, body wash and blow dryer. You can rinse off in the shower with a rain shower head or relax and soak in the tub after a day on the slopes. At the top of the 3rd-floor stairs, just off the master bedroom is a cozy landing with a seating area and a desk to spend some alone time reading or working remotely. Only steps away in the hall is a full bathroom with a shower/tub combo as well as the laundry area with a full-size washer and dryer.This townhome has a one-car detached garage with ski storage and an additional parking space in front of the garage for a second vehicle. A special bonus is the walkway to the townhome front door is radiant-heated which is huge in our winter alpine environment. The setup of the complex was thoughtfully designed to give that 'mountain retreat' feel people are looking for.
