Perched at the top of White Cloud Drive in the coveted Warrior's Mark neighborhood, this stunning 4-bedroom, 3.5-bath home offers spectacular views of the Breckenridge Ski Resort and Ten Mile Range. Sleeping up to 10 guests, Cloud Cabin combines mountain comfort with convenient access to skiing, hiking, and downtown Breckenridge. Advanced skiers can access the resort via the Burro Trail just one block away, conditions permitting, while the seasonal neighborhood shuttle picks up at the end of the driveway and provides access to the ski resort. After a day on the mountain, warm up by one of the home's gas fireplaces, relax in the private hot tub, or unwind in the lower-level media room. With a dedicated mud room, game area, outdoor grill, and plenty of space to gather, Cloud 9 Cabin is an ideal Breckenridge mountain retreat.

Proximity: Located in the Warrior's Mark neighborhood near Peak 9 and Peak 10, this home is 1.8 miles from Main Street Breckenridge and 2.5 miles from the Peak 8 Gondola. The seasonal Free Ride neighborhood shuttle picks up at the end of the driveway on White Cloud Drive. The shuttle drop at Marriott Mountain Valley Lodge is approximately 1.7 miles away and provides access to the Quicksilver Super Chair at Peak 9. Advanced skiers can access the resort via the Burro Trail, located one block from the home, conditions permitting. The trail is also available for cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, and hiking. Advanced skiers may access the Breckenridge Ski Resort via the Burro Trail, located one block from the home, conditions permitting. When accessing these trails, you are outside of the ski resort boundary for a short time. These areas are not maintained or patrolled and should only be accessed at your own risk.

Living Room: The main living area features a gas fireplace, large flat-screen TV with cable, and comfortable furnishings. Large windows showcase views of the Breckenridge Ski Resort and Ten Mile Range, creating a welcoming space to relax after a day in the mountains.

Kitchen: The fully stocked kitchen features custom cabinetry, polished granite countertops, Thermador stainless steel appliances, and a large island. The kitchen is equipped with cookware, bakeware, dishes, glasses, utensils, and standard small appliances. A traditional drip coffee maker and Keurig coffee maker are provided.

Dining Area: Gather around the dining table, which seats up to 8 guests, with additional seating for 5 at the kitchen island. With room for the whole group, this space is perfect for enjoying meals together.

• Primary King Suite: King-size bed, flat-screen TV, and private bath with oversized bathtub, walk-in steam shower, and two sinks.
• Primary Queen Suite: Queen-size bed, desk, access to the lower-level patio and hot tub, and private bath with walk-in shower and one sink.
• Queen Bedroom: Queen-size bed and shared bathroom with a combination bathtub/shower and one sink.
• Twin Bedroom: Two twin-size beds and shared bathroom with the Queen Bedroom.
• Media Room: Queen sleeper sofa, large flat-screen TV with cable, Blu-ray DVD player, and Wii gaming system.

Media Room: The lower-level media room provides a comfortable space to relax, watch a movie or game on the large-screen TV, or enjoy the Wii gaming system. A queen sleeper sofa provides additional sleeping space.

Outdoor Space & Hot Tub: Step outside to enjoy the natural beauty and peaceful setting of Warrior's Mark. The main-level deck features patio seating and a natural gas grill, while the lower-level patio offers additional seating and a private hot tub. After a day of skiing, hiking, or exploring Breckenridge, the hot tub is the perfect place to relax and take in the mountain surroundings.

Foyer: A dedicated mud room provides a convenient place to organize and store ski gear and outdoor equipment during your stay.

Laundry: A full-size washer and dryer are located on the lower level.

Alpine Edge provides supplies for a typical weekend stay, including paper towels, toilet paper, tissues, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, dish soap, dishwasher pods, laundry detergent, and other essentials. Fresh, high-quality linens and towels are also provided. The kitchen is stocked with cookware, bakeware, dishes, glasses, utensils, and standard small appliances.

Parking: The home offers a heated garage with two garage spaces and two outdoor parking spaces, for a total of four vehicles. Street parking, RVs and trailers are not permitted.
4WD/AWD is highly recommended between November 1 and May 31. We recommend referring to the Colorado Department of Transportation Traction Laws before arriving in Summit County. We are located in a high alpine environment where variable conditions may exist, and winter driving conditions can change quickly.

• This home has a private hot tub, so extra towels for the hot tub are included. We take care of cleaning and servicing the tub before and after your stay.
• This home is not pet-friendly. No smoking is permitted.
• Renters must be a minimum of 25 years old.
• Maximum overnight occupancy is 10 guests.
