Zweckmäßiges Hotel mit Liftnähe
Anreise und einchecken unkompliziert. Buchungsbestätigung von Expedia beinhaltet alle erforderlichen Informationen. Studio relativ klein (etwa 40qm) und im Gegensatz zur Expedia Beschreibung war die "Küche nicht voll ausgestattet". Es fehlte ein Einschub für den Ofen, der zudem mzusammen mit einer Mikrowelle in einem Kombi-Gerät untergebracht war. Herd war ein zwei Platten-Herd mit einfachen Heizspiralen. Der Gas-Kamin konnte erst em zweiten Abend von einem Techniker in Betrieb genommen werden, da eine Platte abgenommen werden musste, um einen weiteren Gas-Hahn zu Öffnen. Heizung war nicht gut zu regulieren: Entweder zu warm oder aus. Positiv war die Grundausstattung mit einer kleinen Flasche Spülmittel, Handtüchern, Spülmaschinentabs usw ... Der Komplex besteht aus mehreren Gebäuden, die vereinzelt untereinander vernetzt sind, Skikeller (betreut und kostenlos) ist vorhanden. Teilweise aber ein etwas weiterer Weg (etwa 250-300m) vom Studio zum Skikeller. Der weg vom Skikeller zum Lift waren weitere 200-300m; dies ist aber mit Ski sehr gut zu schaffen. Am Einstieg war auch während unseren Aufenthalts kaum Wartezeiten. Weiter beinhaltet das Hotel einen kleineren Fitnessraum und mehrere Whirlpools mit einem großen Außenschwimmbecken. Blick zum Fitnessraum und Schwimmbereich auch die Skiberge ist sehr schön und zu empfehlen.

We were very disapointed with check in tried to check in early. They said they would contact us, they never did. Went back at 3:00pm room was ready, one small problem the elevator was broken for our 4th floor room. I have had 2 hip replacements ! They gave me a phone number to call, no one at the front desk could do anything. Was on the phone 3 times for 45 minutes went back in to the front desk and they gave us a room on the 2nd floor. Still no elevator for our building, took the elevator for another building and walked the LONG way around. Elevator worked off and on during our stay, a little risky using. On the day of our check out, guess what, No elevator, my wife and I hauled our bags down 50 stairs 5 flights of 10 stairs to the parking garage. We had reserved a suite with a King bed I don’t believe our room had a King bed. We have stayed here 3 or 4 times and never had this much trouble. The Front Desk acted like they could not do anything just gave me a phone number to take care of it my self. The check out was vary same attitude they acted like they could care less after we told them we did not enjoy our stay. They need training in Hospitality.

Really enjoyed our stay! Used it as a home base while skiing the numerous, nearby resorts. All of the facilities were very nice and very well kept. Really enjoyed the walk ability to nearby shops and restaurants. Would stay again and recommend to others.

Nice place to stay if you want to be near a ski area. The staff at the desk were friendly. Safe location, you need a key to use the elevator or enter the building. I recommend this place.

The property is decent. It’s older and needs a remodel. The location is the best part. It’s perfect. THIS IS NOT A HOTEL!! This is a vacation rental. No cleaning service and no room service. The property is an absolute maze and the staff do not do a good job of directing you where to go. We will not stay here again but it was decent. We hated there was no cleaning service. You go on vacation to not deal with that. You have to take your own trash to the dumpster and change your own sheets. We want our time spent on the mountain not cleaning the room. We do recommend the ski rental in the hotel. Very nice and very accommodating.

Prime location
The location is excellent, convenient to shops on Main Street and walking distance to Beaver Run skiing location, although free hotel shuttle and free city buses are also available. Unit was clean with plenty of cooking appliances. Only drawback was noise- you may want to bring earplugs for sleep.

Location. Location. Location. Right by shops and restaurants. The entrance to the West building elevator was right next to Christy's ski rental and a small walk up the steps to the bottom of Peak 9. Clean room. Great bed. Friendly staff and on our last day after check out, we were allowed to leave the car in the parking garage for the rest of the day while we went skiing. We were very pleased on how everything worked out.

We could not have been happier with our stay here! The room was spacious. We had a fabulous view and a balcony with our own private fireplace. There was so much to do, see, and eat within walking distance. The front desk was extremely attentive and helpful. There was a free shuttle that took you anywhere you wanted to go. We will definitely be back!!! The best vacation we’ve ever been on!

Beautiful room. Would love to visit again!
Stayed here when we went to our son’s wedding. Gorgeous room. Very nice. Comfortable bed. We’re from South Carolina and initially we were worried about having no AC, but the Breckenridge weather was perfect. Didn’t need AC at all, even in September! The food that was catered for the wedding was awesome! Everything was perfect. All of the shops and restaurants were within walking distance. The shuttle was free too. Would love to come visit again.

The location to town was great and walkable to all shops and restaurants. I was disappointed that the room I received wasn't the room I booked - I requested a bunk bed in the second bedroom and it was a queen size. Also, the property is dated and in ok condition: carpet was bunched up in places on the floor. My unit was on the 5th floor and it did not have air conditioning making it extremely hot and uncomfortable.

Access to lobby from where we roomed was so difficult to get to. You had to either go the long way thru the court yard, around the building, and make a “right” here or there OR your other option was to go down to the parking garage (creepy) and try to navigate yourself from there....but other than that, we loved it

No ice available, no AC, provided a small fam that didn't cool room hardly at all. Sign says "laundry /vending" guess some one stole the vending machine, GONE.
