Welcome to your Breckenridge home base! This 3-bedroom townhouse sleeps up to 10 and sits less than a mile from South Main Street with easy access to downtown and the slopes.



The Space:

Set in a well-maintained complex, this comfortable, family-friendly townhouse offers room for your crew to spread out and relax between mountain adventures. With 3 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms, it’s a great fit for families and groups, with cozy linens throughout and thoughtful touches to keep everyone comfortable.

Unwind in the inviting living spaces, take in mountain views, and step out to the deck from the primary suite for a breath of alpine air. Stay connected with WiFi, and pack a little lighter knowing there’s an in-home washer and dryer. When you’re ready to relax après-adventure, enjoy on-site community amenities including an outdoor pool, hot tub, and BBQ grills (see Important Things to Note for seasonal details).



Parking is straightforward with one garage space and one driveway space included.

Important Things to Note

• Parking: Space for up to 2 vehicles total—1 in the garage and 1 in the driveway. No street parking is allowed; vehicles parked on the street may be towed.

• Community amenities: The outdoor pool and hot tub are part of the community. They may be seasonally available and can close for maintenance, including a spring cleaning period. Availability is not guaranteed.

• WiFi: WiFi is provided; however, due to our mountain location and areawide infrastructure, speed and reliability can vary and are not guaranteed.

• Stairs: This townhouse has stairs (see photos).

• Laundry: In-home washer and dryer provided.

• Pets: This home is not pet friendly.

• Occupancy: The maximum occupancy includes adults, children, and infants.

• Check in is at 4:00 PM and checkout is at 10:00 AM. We cannot guarantee or approve early check in or late checkout requests in advance.

• We recommend considering travel insurance, just in case any unexpected changes come up. We do stick to our cancellation policy and want to make sure you're covered!

• We provide bedding, towels and a small starter set of essentials to help get you settled. Feel free to message us for details on what’s included.

• Salt, pepper, and cooking oil are not provided unless otherwise noted.



Getting Around:

Location logistics: The home is less than a mile south of downtown’s South Main Street, with close proximity to restaurants, shops, and the slopes. Lake Dillon and other area attractions are an easy drive for additional year-round recreation.

Great property. Very much as described. Comfortable beds with memory foam. Kitchen has everything you need. Good seating in living room and nice size kitchen table for 8. Toiletries included. Short walk to Main Street through the neighborhood. Quiet and safe. Nice decks with views of the mountain. Would stay here again. Nice communication from property manager.

A very nice stay in Breck. This condo is one of the nicer ones we been in. It is 3-level with 4 balconies - with main living on the 2nd level. The condo was clean and the furniture comfortable.We also liked that the garage and area in front of it allowed us to park 2 cars.

Great location!

This is a great location, walk everywhere. We especially loved how close to the mountain/lifts it is. It wasn’t the cleanest place we have stayed (hairballs, tissues, sock, and dust) but not enough to say anything (just irritating when we pay so much for cleaning at rentals). We had an issue with the stove and they came right over and fixed it even though it was in the evening!

Beautiful home, quiet location

Perfect place for a family, awesome giant bathtub to soak in after hiking. Fantastic porch for morning coffee to watch the swallows and hummingbirds zing by! Very close to snow melt stream, you can see the mountain peak from the master bedroom window. Can’t wait to come back!

Family Ski weekend at Breck

The condo was perfect for a big family. It was a nice surprise that it had its own hot tub. That was so lovely. We did not have to trek in the cold to the communal pools down the street. The fireplace is not working which was disappointing but otherwise, the unit was big and comfortable. It was also nice to have a garage unit to be able to store skis. The location is great. Just a two-block walk down the street to a cut-through to the Quick Silver Lift. We drove to town at night as the walk is a bit far after a long day of skiing. Even on a busy holiday weekend, we were able to find parking downtown.

Great for a family group

Pros: Lots of space for our 3 families. Convenient walk to slopes, close to town. Cons: The unit was pretty clean, but not what I would expect for the cleaning fee that they charge. (example: found a dirty sock that the cleaning crew missed). A lot of the cookware was pretty old. I would not want to rent from this management company again. When we discovered the oven did not work, it was a hassle dealing them to get it working. They also informed us (while we at the property) that the fireplace inspection company would be coming to do the inspection WHILE WE WERE THERE!. Their explanation was: that was the time that was convenient for the company. I asked why they did not inform us about this BEFORE we rented the unit but did not get any response. Coincidentally, the fireplace did not work . VRBO was no help at all - their rep simlply said that VRBO was just the listing agent. Very disappointed by VRBO here.

Family weekend getaway

We came from 3 different states to meet here. 1 new daughter in law learned to ski, the other new daughter in law showed me how to ski Black Diamonds. All seven skied and for 4 of us, it was the first return to CO in over 10 years Property was great would rent it again!

Breck Townhome Review by Mama Bear

Great property, nice furnishings, great location, check in process easy and the customer service was quick and responsive. Kitchen had just about everything. I was pleased with that. It has Hot tub, grill, jacuzzi tub and steam bath. Three floors. Lots of stairs. We didn't mind. If you have a family of 10 be sure to read "Things to Note" on listing. Parking is limited only two parking spots a third will cost you for overnights. Listing said not dog friendly. Unfortunately, we encountered a lot of pet hair on the couches, rug and leather chairs they also had scratches. I spent some of my time with extra cleaning and buying a lint roller primarily for the main floor. Not pleasant! Cabinets and closets had lot of unorganized, dusty clutter and extra items either left or fixed in the unit. Our items stayed in our bags for the most part. Steam bath smelled a bit funny. Overall, if you don't mind that stuff it is a very nice unit. Price was decent with the exception of cleaning fee. I'd say its accommodating for the most part. You can see it has a bit of traffic so management certainly tries. I gave it a 4 due to the beautiful property.
