Welcome to our Condo, located in Main Street Station! This is a perfect getaway to enjoy all Summit County has to offer. Located in downtown Breckenridge, you are close to all the action from walking to the ski lifts to the patios.

The Condo
This 1,430 sq ft condo has a spacious living room with a flat screen smart TV with cable and a gas powered fireplace, so snuggle up to watch the snowfall out of the large windows or your favorite Netflix. The kitchen allows you space to prepare your own meals or have the family to sit and enjoy take out from your favorite Breckenridge restaurant. The private balcony welcomes you to sip your wine while watching the Rocky Mountain sunset and unwind from the day. The master bedroom has a king size mattress, walk in full bathroom with a jetted tub, walk in closet, a window to lookout at the mountains, & TV. Also let the kids have fun in the other bedroom that offers a queen mattress, twin bunk beds, its own full bathroom with a jetted tub, & TV.

Park your car & forget about it! Central location means you can walk everywhere – from the slopes to Main Street. Not only do you get a view of Peak 9 you can walk there in 5 mins. Located off of Maggie Pond, Quicksilver Super 6 Lift offers access to 187 trails, 33 lifts, & the almost 3,000 skiable acres of Breckenridge Ski Resort. Looking out the living room windows you are in the center of Main Street Station Plaza, which offers a variety of shopping & dining. Take a short walk or the free trolley down Historic Main Street & enjoy everything the town has to offer.

The Extras
Main Street Station amenities include relaxing in the Pioneer Club by the oversize fireplace or get a workout in in the health & fitness facilities complete with locker rooms and steam showers. You will have access to the indoor/outdoor swimming pool & several hot tubs overlooking Maggie Pond and Peak 9. *Due to local rules & regulations the common area facilities are subject to restrictions. Reach out for specific availability. Please note there is one parking spot located in the underground garage.

Awesome condo

We made a last-minute decision to go to Breckenridge for the Fourth of July. My husband, my self and ourteenage sons enjoyed this condo. It is fully stocked and has everything you need. Super close to anything walking distance on Main Street. Easy parking garage spot. Great communication with Alexis and we would absolutely come back again!

The unit and property were great. The unit is a very nice size with plenty of room to spread out, it is well appointed with everything you'd need, comfortable beds and furniture. The little porch was nice to sit on and have coffee. It was also really nice that there were extra garbage bags, toilet paper, things that you hate to have to buy on vacation. Also, there were some cooking essentials like salt, pepper, etc...which was also a perk. The unit itself is quiet, you do not hear neighbors. The property has a great little gym and nice pool. Also of note, everything from the unit to the property itself were very clean. Location is perfect. We were very happy and for the cost it was fantastic. The only downside is just the noise from the mainstreet station courtyard. It really does carry and bc we slept with the windows open it did wake us up a couple of nights when there were some loud groups. But it was short lived and completely tolerable. Overall, we were really happy with our stay and would definitely recommend this property.

Another great stay at this property

This is the 3rd year in a row we’ve stayed at this VRBO - a “girls only” ski week. The condo is in an excellent location, a few minute walk from the base of peak 9 and a one minute walk from “downtown” Breck. The condo itself is well appointed and has a good floor plan. Charter Sports and a small gym are on the ground floor making the unit all the more convenient. The owners are also very easy to communicate with. We highly recommend staying here!

Oh the changing Aspens

This is a beautiful condo and the people were really super. I hit a snag wherein I needed to charge my EV and the EV charger was not in a designated parking area. I got a sizeable ticket from the Breck Parking Authority. It was super upsetting and around $80. I sent an email disputing the charge and it was immediately dismissed - Yey. In the end, a great trip and a great place to stay!

Amazing stay and location at an amazing condo.

This condo and host deserves a full 5 star rating. I was quite impressed at the location of the condo. The parking garage and unit are all in the same building with easy access to Quicksilver lift along with great access to amenities such as Charter Sports with its valet for skis & equipment, heated outdoor pool and hot tubs. Super easy and walkable access to restaurants, shops and bars. The unit itself is spacious, comfortable and has everything you need for an amazing stay, our kids loved the bunk bed room. Alexis was an amazing host as well providing us with flexible check-in and seamless communication. I highly recommend for anyone to stay here.

Perfect Location. Wonderful Stay

Our family spent five nights here over Spring Break. The pictures do not do justice to this unit. It was perfectly located, close to everything, very clean, well appointed and had everything we needed. Access to ski gear downstairs, close to so many great restaurants, a well-stocked kitchen and wonderful views. We would love to return - maybe over summer! Thank you to a great host!

Convenient, Nice Enough, But Issues

The property is in a great location, is comfortable, and well stocked. Some of the furniture is dated and worn. When we arrived, the carpets were filthy, but after reporting to Owners, they didn't send anyone to clean them for us. The dishwasher was broken (wouldn't drain) on Day 1 and Owner was unable to resolve during the entire week of our stay. Owners were apologetic, but only issued a nominal credit ($200; 3% of our total cost) for the inconvenience of having to hand wash dishes and dealing with multiple communication streams and maintenance repair visits (unsuccessful ones). Check-in with Vacasa was inefficient. Net, net ... the property is fine, and the Owners are pleasant, but they are also remotely self-managing the property, so if you have issues in this unit, resolution may take time. Just things to consider before booking.
