Our first entire family reunion- husband, 2 sons, 2 daughter in laws and 7 grandchildren! We had a wonderful time. The weather was on the cooler side and I wish I would have known certain attractions were not open yet- gondola, alpine slide, putt-putt golf. But this did not hamper our time together. The rec center is wonderful- gold mine tour, walking downtown, hiking, biking. Highlight was seeing a moose as we were sitting in the hot-tub!! Clean home, established kitchen, beautiful deck with awesome views. We had a smoke detector battery go out and maintenance was there to replace battery right away! Only drawback was we brought all the groceries to fix meals and there was not much space to store. We were also constantly washing dish towels as there were only a couple provided. Minor details. Thank you for a wonderful place to enjoy our time together!

This American way house was great for housing 14 of my family and friends. It had a great kitchen and living room area with plenty of space. The kitchen is very well-stocked and has a TON of pots, pans, utensils, cookware, and almost everything you would need (besides a blender). The basement is very spacious and the couch is awesome for a lot of people. The pool table is great although the cues are heavily used. The mudroom has tons of space for gear and snowboards/skis, as well as (2) huge walls with boot heaters which is great. THINGS TO NOTE: The only complaints that people who rent this house should be aware of - 1. The house is clearly used for large party groups often. When we got there the hot tub area had chairs thrown off the balcony in the snow, a wine bottle and a lot of beer cans scattered around. 2. The huge wraparound balcony is advertised as being usable. When we stayed there we were unable to use 95% of the balcony due to snow banks that had deposited all winter on the entire balcony!! We tried to shovel but it was too packed from the months of buildup. This sucked because we couldn't use any of the seating areas, fireplace, or big deck table when it was sunny and nice out at the end of March. 3. The house has overall wear and tear from being partied in - ex: chips of paint on door frames and random areas throughout the house, tons of blue marks all over the pool area downstairs, etc. 4. The downstairs two bedrooms sleep (8) people but there is only (1) broom

Stayed here with 8 adults for a fun weekend. The property comfortably accommodated everybody, with beautiful views. Managers were very communicative and made sure we had everything that we needed. Will definitely come back here next time

We had a wonderful stay and the house was very comfortable and clean. Then communication was great. The only negative thing I can say is that the refrigerator was not working well and was told that someone would come check it out and I don’t believe anyone ever came. Overall it was super experience!

The house was beautiful and as advertised in the pictures/description. There were multiple areas throughout the house (inside and out) for hanging out or doing activities. The location is central to a few different mountains, which made this property perfect for hosting our ski trip.

The property was clean and spacious. I was pleasantly surprised we had everything we needed for our Thanksgiving dinner. The downstairs area was great for entertaining the Teenagers. The only complaint was the two beds on the main floor are very firm.

Our three families of ages 13+ enjoyed this spacious home nestled near the bases of peak 6 in Breck. The home is within quick driving distance to town for necessities. What we loved was the quiet spaces that could be found everwhere from the back deck fire pit area, the secluded hot tub space, or the basement recreation area. The kids could be loud in the basement with the multiude of activities (xBox, board games, pool table, foosball, etc) while the adults could relax outside around the fire pit telling stories. We have been to many rentals. Don't worry about needing anything. The kitchen is WELL equipped to handle large meal prep and serving. The beds were comfortable and linens were in great supply. Although we came in the early summer, there were plenty of trails and activities nearby. We can't wait to return for more winter fun! The rental company was easy to deal with and very accommodating. We will definitely try and return! Thanks for having us!

Two families - friends for over 30 years - stayed together at the cabin and had a wonderful time. The house is beautiful, kitchen fully-stocked, bedrooms comfortable, and plenty of entertainment for all. The kids (all 21+) all enjoyed the video games, puzzles, hot tub, pool table and foosball, while the parents lounged on the deck and took in the beautiful weather and views. Plenty of activities in the Breck area, no matter the time of year. And lastly, the hosts were responsive and a pleasure to work with. Highly recommend this property!

Plenty of room, very cool house with things to do at the house. Close to downtown Breckenridge and the ski slopes. The hot tub was nice after a long day of skiing. The kitchen was large which made it easy to cook in. The game room downstairs was a lot of fun for everyone.

This was such a perfect house to stay in with our family. It was so clean and had all the amenities! There was a perfect amount of rooms and space for our large family. We had 9 adults and 5 children. The game room was great. And we loved the hot tub after a long day of skiing. We definitely needed a 4 wheel drive since we got so much snow. 10 minutes to everywhere. Also recommend City Market for groceries because it was much closer than going to Frisco. We would definitely stay here again.

We had 12 guys for our annual dad’s trip. The house was a great base for hitting up all the breweries and catching some trout. Hot tub, pool table, grill, cards/dominos table. Plenty of beds, space, fridges and coffee for a great trip. The communication was seamless and the house met all expectations!

Great home, very comfortable and spaced out for our group. There was a fox hanging out around the house that we saw a few times . We even had a Momma Moose with its baby hanging out in the front yard. Would definitely recommend this home and hope to return soon.
