La única pega fue que reserve una habitación que según las indicaciones de hoteles.com era con bañera de hidromasaje y resultó ser que tenía la información mal en la web. No he podido reclamar en ningun telefono, ya que solo tienen un agente virtual y cuando introduzco el código de confirmación de la reserva me dice que no tienen ningún dato. Increíble, verdad?
