THINGS TO NOTE:

• Early Check-ins and Late Check-outs are not permitted without authorization from our local team and payment of fees.

• Please note that this home does not offer laundry facilities.

• Lot parking for 1 vehicle is available on a first-come, first-serve basis.

• This unit is located on the lower level. Guests can access it by walking down 16 steps from the backside of the building. If side parking in the gravel lot is available, it provides direct walk-in access without stairs.

• Portable crib available.

• Long-term stays allowed.

• This property has access to the community outdoor pool - open seasonally

• Pools, Hot Tubs, or any other facilities in the resort are operated and maintained by the HOA. Grand Welcome nor the property owners are not responsible or liable for any refunds due to the event that any amenities are closed for any reason.
