Easy check in, everyone was very nice, had to change my dates two different times because of family emergency. Very helpful with my rescheduling. Place was just like pictures. We would stay here again !! Only thing they did not have a welcome goodie basket. We had to go shopping for paper products and coffee supplies.

Wonderful stay

We only stayed in Branson for a few days but this hotel /cabin was so accommodating and perfect for our little stay. Plenty of room for us. Also very close to what we ended up doing during our stay. Good stay again 1000 %

Perfect, Peaceful & Comfortable

Clean, comfortable and spacious cabin close to the main strip. Fully stocked cabin with all the supplies you could want. Easy check in and checkout. Very serene and enjoyable property that was close to everything but also felt surrounded by woods nature. Would definitely recommend.

Only thing we didn’t like is not all the showers had hot water, the coffee pot didn’t keep the coffee hot and the fireplace was on a timer. Everything else was fantastic.

Great place to stay!!!

Great location, very quiet. We had a water issue. The property manager sent maintenance out within minutes. We were able to move to the cabin right next door, that was very convenient. Great place to stay and management was excellent!!

Relaxing

The cabin was overall clean, comfortable the floors needed cleaning mainly the kitchen area and the floor on the screen porch, but we really loved and enjoyed the screen porch. It was so cozy overall, I would recommend this cabin to anyone wanting to relax, and I will definitely go back to it.

Disappointed

We were disappointed with the property management and the cleanliness. The wifi never worked and we called in a service order as the password we were given was not correct. We waited 3 hours and no one ever showed up. The upstairs was extremely hot. The floor was dirty by the front door. The bed was very uncomfortable. Last but not least, we understand that there is no smoking inside of the property but the listing did not state that there was no smoking on the outside porches.

Country Cabin Getaway

Our stay was very nice and we enjoyed our time there. The location was convenient and comfortable. There are only a couple of suggestions I would give. For small groups, coffee pods would be more convenient. We stayed three nights and had only 2 packets of coffee. We threw away the coffee left in the pot each day. It was wasreful. Also, there were no sheets for the fold out bed. Just small things. Our overall stay was very nice. We are already planning another stay.

Relaxing

Everything was great. We spent most of our time at the cabin just visiting and watching movies. Loved the fireplace! I specifically rented a place with fireplace just for my mom. Our only wish was that the fireplace would stay on longer. It was on a timer that was way too short, so we had to get up so many times to keep it going. I can’t remember if it was 15 or 30 minutes, but just kind of a buzz kill. Everything else was perfect though! Definitely recommend and would go again!

Branson November Getaway

From check-in to checkout this was an excellent property. The location is definitely a plus here, just close enough to 76 to be convenient but just far enough off the strip to be secluded. The amenities were very good. Two bedrooms with in suite baths were very nice. The gas log fireplace was super nice on the cold mornings. Beautiful screened porch which would be great in the fall but a little chilly during November. Just be aware that the furniture in the downstairs bedroom is so massive, it's a little hard to maneuver around, but we will definitely make this a return destination cabin.

Overall was good. We noticed a leak in ceiling of first floor on our first morning. Certainly not ideal, but it happens. Thankfully, the property manager, which manages more of these same properties, quickly accommodated us by moving us to a vacant cabin very close by. So, kudos to them for not making an unplanned problem worse for their customer.

Home was nice but I do have a complaint

We only stayed one night. The home was really nice and cozy we loved it! My complaint is that on the day of check out, which was at 10am, my kids and I left that morning to go get donuts and came back to the house at 9:27am to get our things...when we arrived and came into the home the cleaning lady was already there. If check out was at 10am why was she already there? We had 30 minutes left on our reservation so NO ONE should have been in the home until we checked out at the scheduled time which was 10am...Also, I had received a text the evening we checked in letting me know check out procedures for the next day and also asking me to text back and say "CHECKOUT" when we left the unit. Home was very nice, but the communication with the Thousand Hills concierge was poor on their end and the fact that they allowed cleaning into the until 30 min before checkout and before I even texted them, was not acceptable at all.
