The Space:

One of only four villas in all of Pointe Royale, this villa offers ample open space while having an incredible location. 3 Bedrooms with 2.5 baths. Smart TVs throughout. Upper deck and lower covered patio allow for a great way to unwind after seeing the Branson sites. This villa is just a few steps from the pool and clubhouse.

Once inside the villa, you'll enjoy a renovated kitchen with white cabinets, quartz counters and new stylish backpack. Brand new stainless-steel appliances will make cooking for your group easy! All cookware and dinnerware is provided. The dining table seats six, with additional stools at the breakfast bar. From the living room, you'll be able to watch a movie, big game or favorite Netflix show on the 65-inch Smart TV. Enjoy a glass of wine or coffee from the balcony or the rain free covered patio below overlooking the Pointe Royale Golf Course and clubhouse.  There are two bedrooms with king beds and one with a queen bunk bed, all with plush bedding. Smart TVs are also included in the two king bedrooms. Two full bathrooms include shampoo, conditioner, towels and hair dryer. 

Condo features: Fully-equipped kitchen, 3 flat-screen Smart TVs, furnished deck, free Wi-fi, grill,  in-unit laundry machines and open parking. Community features: 18-hole golf course, fitness center, indoor and outdoor pool, tennis courts, hot tub, picnic areas with charcoal grills and clubhouse with restaurant.

Guest Access:
Guests have access to the entire townhome, including deck and below patio. Garage is not for guest parking, although parking in the driveway is acceptable.

The Neighborhood:
Just minutes from the "Branson Strip", the Showboat Branson Belle, Table Rock Lake, Silver Dollar City (only 8 miles away!) and Big Cedar Lodge.

Pointe Royale Resort has plenty to do as well! Enjoy a round of golf at the 18-hole course. Cool off on a hot day in the HUGE swimming pool. For cooler nights, there is an indoor pool and a large outdoor hot tub. After working up an appetite in the fitness center and tennis courts, enjoy a bite to eat at the clubhouse restaurant within walking distance from the villa!

***Pointe Royale does not allow boat/trailer parking in the development. Please inquire with host for alternative neighboring parking options.

***If you're looking to book this condo in order to have a party, please do NOT. We do not hesitate to call local authorities or assess additional cleaning fees for party clean-up. Should you be asked to leave in the middle of your stay due to violation of house rules, no refunds will be given.

***Pets welcome; however certain aggressive breeds not allowed.

***Minimum age to rent is 21 years old.

***Quiet Hours 10PM-8AM

FIREPLACE: While the condo does have a fireplace, we do not advertise it in our listing and it is not for guest use. We do not provide firewood, nor do we encourage it's use for liability reasons.
