- Community playground is located beside the outdoor pool
- Outdoor pools are typically open from Memorial Day Weekend to Labor Day Weekend, but may stay open longer if weather permits
- Indoor pool will be heated once weather cools after Labor Day
- Fire Extinguisher (under kitchen cabinet)
- Any smoking indoors will result in a minimum of $500 fine and assessment of deep cleaning required to remove odor
