This stunning Ozark Mountain retreat is situated in a lake view resort on Indian Point. Overlooking Table Rock Lake and minutes away from SDC and 2 marinas, with loads of great bars and restaurants to choose from.

The Space:
Inside, there’s so much seating and space to accommodate even the largest of groups, and to make everyone feel at home. The property benefits from well-appointed rooms, fast Wi-Fi, smart TVs, and best-in-class mattresses for the ultimate night’s sleep.
The basement is home to the incredible, state-of-the-art games room which will provide hours of entertainment for your whole group. There’s also a brand new indoor pool opening in May 2023, and a fabulous communal pool for more outdoor fun.

LOCATION
Situated on Table Rock Lake in the heart of the Ozark Mountains, with some of the most awe-inspiring views in the USA, Branson is the jewel in Missouri’s crown. Think of Branson and you immediately think of fun.
It’s home to Silver Dollar City, one of the best theme parks in the world, White Water water park with its countless attractions, and Copperhead Mountain coaster ride for an exhilarating tour of the Ozarks.
So much fun that you’ll want to bring your whole family and all your friends to make vacation memories that will last a lifetime.
ACCOMMODATION

The property benefits from its own entrance and Smart lock technology allows for easy self check-in. There is plenty of private parking and two outdoor patios.

LIVING AREA
Walk into the massive open plan living area and you’re instantly greeted by the sitting area zone where there’s enough seating for 10 based around the electric gas fireplace. The vaulted ceilings create space and the large floor to ceiling windows offer endless views of Lake Table Rock beyond.
The open plan kitchen is a dream come true for fledgling chefs. It’s big enough to hold enough cooking utensils and crockery to cater for 22 guests and is fully equipped with quality appliances including two refrigerators, a dishwasher, microwave, and wet bar.
The large island offers more space for food prep and has seating for four.

The dining area, with stunning views, can accommodate up to 22 guests for a sit-down dinner, perfect for hosting a family dinner or special event.
OUTDOORS
A beautiful patio with super comfy sofa seating for 14 guests offers incredible views over Table Rock Lake.
Downstairs, another patio with seating for four offers a different but equally as beautiful perspective of the lake views.

GAMES ROOM
A games room with the wow factor. Based in the basement, the open plan area features Golden Tee and other arcade games, a pool table, Pop-A-Shot, foosball, board games and an Xbox with a 65” TV. The large L shaped sofa is perfect for lounging moments and a door leads out to the patio with seating for four, for a place to take in these stunning lake views.
BATHROOMS
The accommodation benefits from six bathrooms, from full bathrooms with luxury freestanding baths to guest toilets and en suite facilities. Each one is clean, modern, and kitted out with toiletries and premium towels.
