When we checked in their internet was down, so they didn’t take our credit card info. They didn’t try to contact us to get our credit card information until after we checked out, 4 days later, and then they were frantically trying to get our info so they could charge us the $40 in resort fees we owed. They recommended when their internet was down that we use our own hot spots on our phones… the dryer was broken and the maintenance person didn’t fix it, my husband had to. There were also boogers on the pillow cases for the pull out couch, which makes me question if they wash their bedding well? The pool building was awesome and one of the highlights of our trip. The room wasn’t the cleanest, but it was livable for the 4 days we were there. It’s also a timeshare, so they tried to make us attend a meeting to get a free stay next time we come.
