When we checked in their internet was down, so they didn’t take our credit card info. They didn’t try to contact us to get our credit card information until after we checked out, 4 days later, and then they were frantically trying to get our info so they could charge us the $40 in resort fees we owed. They recommended when their internet was down that we use our own hot spots on our phones… the dryer was broken and the maintenance person didn’t fix it, my husband had to. There were also boogers on the pillow cases for the pull out couch, which makes me question if they wash their bedding well? The pool building was awesome and one of the highlights of our trip. The room wasn’t the cleanest, but it was livable for the 4 days we were there. It’s also a timeshare, so they tried to make us attend a meeting to get a free stay next time we come.

Stayed in the biggest best room the hotel offers, The grand suite. The bedrooms had trash from the last people who stayed, The spa tubs had black mold growing in the caulking and one of the doors fell of the track when we opened it in one of the rooms. In the master, the hot tub came on and off several times throughout the night, randomly, waking our baby. We found someone’s old slippers under one of the beds as well. The room was dusty and hadn’t been cleaned before our arrival. We were extremely disappointed to say the least.

This property is within 5 minutes of Branson’s 76 strip with all it has to offer. And yet it is quiet and safe. It has a huge indoor pool, perfect for kids to play. Checkin is easy, checkout is even easier. The staff are wonderful, always giving a kind greeting and asking if there’s anything we need. Thanks again for a great stay!

We love staying here, but i dont appreciate having to listen to someone try to sell me a timeshare in order to get my parking pass. Then they kept calling wanting me to pay them to sell to me. We come every year, but if this happes again we wont use this property again.

Awesome experience
Great property. The room exceeded our expectations. Quiet and very clean. Fairly quick check in without complications. We would highly recommend this place. The only part that was uncomfortable was the sales pitch, when you get your parking pass, to schedule a time to attend a sales demonstration for purchasing a time share at this location. But, after a firm no thank you, it was over and our vacation began. FIVE Stars!

We could not stay here because of the noise and dirty and worn room. Sure was not a Deluxe Penthouse. Both hotel and Expedia said they would refund our money but have not seen anything yet! They had a back hoe right outside the room with a jack hammer working They do not represent their facility the way it really is

No sign when you get there showing where you check in. When you find the check in they were friendly but after that be warned. They say go around the corner to get your parking pass. Now the sales pitch starts. Just give me the parking pass, if i wanted to stay there regularly we would let you know. I should not have to tell you NO 10 times. We had to walk away and be rude for him to stop. Very pushy and wasting our short amount of time we had to spend there. The room was fine for what we needed it for. It was loud and next the maintenance and electrical room which was unfortunate for us. We left first thing in the morning. We wont be back. It was clean to sleep and shower and thats it.

As for the parking passes, we are a timeshare resort and marketing is a vital part of the success of our operation however they should not be pushy. I will speak with them regarding their approach. I liked that this property was secluded and quiet. Not right by the main strip in Branson. the indoor pool and hot tubs were a plus, especially having our two grandsons with us. The one bedroom condo was cozy and comfortable. The complex was nice and well cared for. The one thing I did not like was having to be sent to another room to get the parking pass. Of course they wanted to talk you into a tour and meeting to sell you a timeshare. That is not what I signed up for when booking this room. Once i convinced them I was not interested they gave me my parking pass. They really did not pressure me, although they did try to persuade me to at least give them a chance. Had to be firm.

Our Condo is aways clean and well stocked with everything you need. The only complaint we have is this: After checking in, they have you go to a room next door to get a parking pass. Then they try to talk you into a timeshare presentation.

All rooms have exterior doors and our bedroom window was right by the walkway. Blinds did not close properly so we had to put a sheet over the window to keep people from seeing in. No curtains on the window either to close. Room needs updating.

Refrigerator didn’t work. Management after a couple of hours of miscommunication got us a better room. Next door neighbors sounded like a wrecking crew. We didn’t want to complain again and possibly have them know we called and have some sort of retaliation. They did get us good tickets for shows though.

This was a clean property the ONLY thing I had an issue with is before they give you your parking pass they send you to this room where you are HARASSED to go to a meeting about their time shares. We were traveling with family and 2 young children (1&5) and we told them we would not be attending we were asked MULTIPLE times to bring them or leave them with someone. I do not like that they hold your parking pass hostage until they have the chance to harass you about their property!
