Primary renter must be 25+ years old
Dogs must be under 50lb, and be crated when left alone at the property
Rental agreement required to be signed within 48 hours of booking

Connectivity & Entertainment: We provide free WiFi and Smart TVs in the living room and each bedroom. Please bring your personal login credentials to access your favorite streaming services.
Laundry: An in-unit washer and dryer are available for your use.
Security: For safety an exterior camera is located at the front of the property and records when movement is detected.
Parking: Located in front of our Lodge with room for up to 3 vehicles, additional parking behind our cabin at the club house
Accessibility: There are 4 stairs to enter the property. 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms along with the kitchen, living room, and dining room are located on the main floor. 2 additional bedrooms and 2 bathrooms are located up a flight of stairs.
