We will be taking this location off our list of usual stays after this visit. The quality of our stay this time compared to this past fall has decreased immensely. The room was clean, but the soap dispenser in the shower room was empty. We were only given 3 towels and 2 wash cloths for four people. The lights were unplugged. The TV didn't work. The grass around the property was overgrown up to our ankles. Broken glass window in the pool room near the hot tub.
There was a vehicle parked outside our room and the occupants were in and out with baskets of belongings and laundry, they stopped and stared at us the entirety of the time we got our bags and walked to our room. It made us very uncomfortable to go outside. After they finally left we tried the pool for less than 10 mins. The other guests were extremely rowdy and throwing each other and diving/jumping off the side of the pool. Though hotel management could be seen from the window to the pool, they never stopped the behavior.
