THE SPACE



The Divine Digs offers much more space than a typical condo, with multiple living and sleeping areas across two levels.



The main level features a spacious living room with comfortable seating, Smart TV and beautiful electric fireplace, along with the kitchen, dining areas, 2 king bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms.



Upstairs, you'll find a large enclosed bedroom with 2 queen beds, another full bathroom, and an open loft with an additional queen bed, sectional seating and game area.

IMPORTANT ACCESS INFORMATION



The Divine Digs is a second-level condo.



The property entrance is accessible only by stairs and there is no elevator access.



A rental agreement and driver's license are required after booking.



CHECK-OUT PROCEDURES



We do ask the following check out procedures be followed-these are standard for the area and are not included in the cleaning fee:



-Heat at 60 degrees, or A/C left on at 75 degrees. Please leave A/C running at 70 degrees during the summer months-June through August.

-Remove garbage bags from each bathroom and kitchen. All trash is to be collected and taken to one of the blue dumpsters.

-Soiled dishes are placed in the dishwasher and dishwasher started.

-Make sure ALL windows, doors, and sliders are closed and locked.

-(Optional) Please start one load of towels if you have time. You just need to start the washing machine. Our cleaning crew will transfer the load to the dryer. This helps the cleaning crew so much in getting the laundry completed in time for the next guest.

-Leave white amenity cards on the counter. Key cards that are lost or taken home are charged at $20 per key card to replace.

-Take one final look around for forgotten items-cell phone chargers, etc.

-Please make sure all remotes are returned to the designated room.
