Camp runamuk on the lake

You have this quiet little relaxing place all to you self. It is off the beaten path- no crazy loud motor boats to deal with just a quiet little lake great for fishing and kayaking. There are two flat levels to play yard games. Large sun deck to get that great tan. Great fishing off the dock. Also there is a picnic table and gas grill to cook up that perfect steak at the end of the day. Keep in mind this is a small lake - could be shallow at times and a bit mucky on the bottom- which we can’t control.

Yard games, kayaks, life jackets, some firewood are all on site. Wi-Fi , Smart TV for you to use with your own tv options (we do not have cable) .
Towels,linens and bedding are clean and fresh for you to use. Water and ice both come from a filtered fridge.

Near by is a great Pizza & Ice-cream place called Kampersville Deli. Also near is my Favorite -Paddlers Pub. Neshobe Golf club is also close by.

15 minutes from Middlebury, 40 minutes to Rutland, hour to most ski resorts

Relaxing time no matter what time of year!!

The rental part of this is the smaller side of the camp - the garage and upper floor is not available as part of the rental- You will have sole use of all but the back of the property which will show as private.

We are always available by phone for any questions or assistance you might need- our son lives only 8 minutes away and is also available for help

We are in the woods so don’t forget your bug spray

There is room for 2 cars to park- only park in the driveway

Please know that only guests that are on the reservation are allowed on the property- no extra guests allowed at any time

During snowy weather, the road will be plowed .
Because the camp sits on the lake, drifting snow is possible. A snow shovel is available (outside on the deck), along with a bucket of sand/salt and a scoop to improve traction. Please use caution on snowy or icy surfaces — access and use are at your own risk. The camp is located down a long gravel driveway. We highly recommend having snow tires and/ or all wheel drive if staying during snow season.
