The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness.

**If you are booking our place, please make sure you will be staying at the property through the whole reservation since we do not accept third party bookings. It could result in the cancellation of your reservation with NO REFUND** If damage or theft occurs, the vacationer responsible for reserving the dates agrees to pay the replacement cost. 1 pet may join you with prior host approval. A $150 one time pet fee applies. Pet must be leashed on property, house trained, and not left unattended.
