Birthday trip
This house was perfect for our stay! We booked for my boyfriend’s 26th birthday and it was very very spacious for all of us, the owners provided whatever we needed and it was such a nice location. On our second night we decided to go to the beach and it was only 20 mins away with free parking. The house provided towels, beach balls and beach chairs. Thank you for everything! 10/10would recommend.

Great location, poor standard of house
The location was fantastic, as was the size of the house. It was really let down by being in poor condition. A list of things that were broken etc: Beach chairs were broken. When they were replaced, they were of such poor quality that the replacements broke within a couple of hours of sitting on them Roof deck flooring was genuinely a danger. Some was rotting and others warped and sticking upwards. Nobody went near it. Freezer had broken or missing shelves. Wine fridge was completely broken so could not be used There were a multitude of lights not working or hanging off their fixings. We really shouldn't need to be asking to fix these - they should all be tested and made sure to be in working order. Furniture was ripped or had screws sticking through them. Outdoor furniture was rusting There was a loud mechanical noise at night that we could not trace and stop. No clothes drying rack (sounds petty, but this was a real issue when there are 9 people staying with lots of washing to do) No kettle on arrival. One was order but, still, it shouldn't have been a missing item The pool table is completely unusable. No ball would stay still. The kids tired of it within a matter of minutes. We still had a good time as the location was great, but the house itself has obviously not had any work spent on it for years and years and this is now really showing. Too many things didn't work / were broken or missing for this to be one off mistake. A real shame as it could be amazing

Really nice big house
The house was perfect for our family get-together. There was enough space for everyone and the location was very convenient. A lot of stuff in the house felt a little old-fashioned but it didn't bother us. The hosts were very nice and all questions were answered promptly. Would definitely stay there again.

Family Get-Away
Our family had a wonderful stay here in this very spacious home! We had plenty of room for everyone and the kitchen was well-equipped. The owners were very responsive and answered our communication quickly. The pool was large and the water warm. Location is everything here…. we loved being so close to Anna Maria Island and Sarasota and Bradenton Riverwalk. We loved Robinson Reserve and all the beaches. We had a fantastic time and hate to see our vacation in this beautiful area come to a close!

An unforgettable stay
We loved staying at Sea La Vie. To say it was spacious, would be an understatement. Even with a large group it doesn’t feel crowded. The kitchen is well stocked and everything one would need for the beach was provided. The location couldn’t be better and Alyson was a great host and communicator. We would definitely stay here again.

Lots of room and great location
This house had plenty of room for all of us to spread out and relax. Our host Davey and Alison responded immediately to anything we needed, including obtaining a new Roku Tv so we could watch our Iowa Hawkeye basketball games. We could be on the beach at Anna Marie Island withinn10 minutes so location was excellent. We had so much fun, we are going back next year! Diane

family reunion
We came to Bradenton in January 2024 for a 30+ person family reunion, with plans to rent several homes in the area and then meet up with relatives for meals and socializing. Almost every home we initially considered had tight restrictions on large get-togethers and many were unfriendly to the idea of us renting if we wanted to host family meals. Until we found this home - which turned out to be the ideal venue for our trip. It is such a large, comfortable, and inviting space that perfectly suited our needs, was reasonably priced, and close to so many place that we had hoped to visit. The best feature without a doubt were the hosts - Ally and Davey - who provided us with a comprehensive list of local favorite restaurants and activities, checked in to make sure that our vacation was going well, and inquired if there were any issues that we wanted addressed in order to improve our stay. We could not have hoped for a better trip and this home was a huge factor in making it all possible. Thanks for helping us make our family reunion a success!

Family fun in Florida
We stayed between Christmas and New Year’s in this spacious home. We had 13 people from four generations of our family, including 11 adults, a 9 year old child, and a 6 month old infant. The home was very clean and comfortable and there was plenty of space for everyone. We enjoyed the pool table, playing games in the family room, and watching movies in the tv room. The pool heater was not working, which was disappointing, but our granddaughter and a few adults braved the cold water briefly. We had family pictures taken on Coquina Beach, enjoyed a dolphin boat tour, and played mini golf and fed the gators at Smugglers Cove. The location was perfect for quick trips over to Anna Maria Island and the beautiful beaches, shopping, and restaurants. It was within an hours drive of 3 airports which made travel planning flexible for us - St. Petersburg, Tampa, and Sarasota. The owners were great and responsive. We will definitely consider staying here again if we come back to the area. Thanks for a great stay!

STAY HERE!
What a fabulous home! We had the great fortune of staying in this incredible home, for Thanksgiving week. Everything was even better than described. 9 of us stayed here and had the time of our lives. The perfect place to gather with family and friends! So many different places to gather, throughout the home. The outdoor spaces were spacious and very comfy. Our hosts were outstanding! They were VERY responsive...and even dropped off fresh linens and towels, during our six day stay. Alyson and Dave were very personable and warm. We had high expectations for this home...our expectations were most definitely exceeded. We are already planning on returning. We all highly recommend staying here!!! PS...Anna Maria Island, Bradenton, Siesta Key, and the surrounding area were great too! 🏖

Great location, great home
We had a really good time. The house was plenty big enough for the 13 of us. The pool area could have been cleaned a little more (pool had dirt in the bottom, broken toys, screens were torn). We had one request to service the air conditioner and the property managers responded quickly and was very helpful, generous and nice to all of us. We would definitely rent from them again.

Girls Trip
We stayed here for my sister's birthday/girls trip, it was so much fun. There was so much space, plenty of rooms, bathrooms & plenty of areas to relax in. The pool was great for a day of relaxing. Very close to restaurants & beach. Allison was such a delight to deal with. So kind & thoughtful. I had the opportunity to meet her & her husband, they are truly wonderful & go beyond to make you feel comfortable. Beautiful home & very welcoming.

Exceptional property and value - plenty of space for at least 14 people. The pool area was a plus and the couple managing the property were friendly, responsive and generous. There are numerous things to do within a short drive from this address. We highly recommend this property.

Amazing and Relaxing
It was an amazing vacation. The house was so much more than you see in the pictures. Had lots of room for everyone. The pool was amazing and used it daily. We only there a couple days days. Plenty of room for the baby to run and play. Lots of places to sit and relax together. We never talked to the property manager or received any information from her at all. Owners answer are calls and messages right away. Dave came right away when we needed something. Aly sent us a couple messages to check on us and to let us know what things were local to do. We had an amazing trip. We recommend this place was amazing.

House is a small palace and perfectly located.
You just can imagine how big this house is. Plenty of rooms, all well furnished and cozy. You can find literally anything you need and more. AC’s works so good you can’t even feel the weather outside. Host always available at any time. You can access the beaches just driving 10 minutes from the house. Safe neighborhood, 5 minutes away from Winn-Dixie, Marshall’s, Starbucks or the Dollar Store. Best place I have been ever.

Family Vacation
Dave and Aly’s property was a great place for our large family. We loved the pool, the large number of beds and baths fit our family, and we loved the common areas where there was always multiple chess and pool games going on. It was conveniently close to a lot of attractions. We spent most of our days enjoying the clear waters and beaches of Anna Maria island and the nights playing games at the house. Dave and Aly were very responsive and helpful hosts from the time we booked to the day we left. Thank you for a great week of making memories!

Sea La Vie!
The house is HUGE! Lots of room for us to mingle and visit. We thoroughly enjoyed the time we had to reconnect with family. The pool was so refreshing. My great-grands (3 and 1) were apprehensive at first, but were loving the water after the first day; had a hard time keeping them out. I will treasure the memories we created. Alyson was quick to respond and made herself available. (The coffee pot had a hole in it, and a new pot arrived almost immediately!) Amazing week!

90th Birthday Bash
In celebration of our father/grandfather's 90th birthday, our families rented Sea La Vie for the weekend. It was fabulous! The house was clean and spacious with lots of "hang out" space for meals, games, and (of course) cake! The kitchen was well-stocked with dishes, pots, pans, and cutlery. And the screened-in pool was a great treat after super hot days. Importantly, Alyson and Dave were friendly and super helpful! Thanks to you both!

Best family Vacation house ever!
The house was amazing and we had more than enough room for our whole family from Pennsylvania to stay together and have a blast! The location of the home was close to the beach, restaurants and stores but still gave us plenty of privacy in a great neighborhood. Alyson and Dave ,the house managers, were so helpful and nice. The check in and check out process were easy and convenient. The pool area was a great place for all of us to hang out and have fun. The pool was huge and we enjoyed it the whole stay. The house had lots to do with the pool table, games and all the seperate rooms for the kids and adults to hang out in. It was an AMAZING VACATION! I would give more than 5 stars for this house and house managers if I could!!!

Family Getaway
WOW! What a beautiful and spacious home we found for a much needed family vacation! There were 12 of us ranging from 4 to 66 and although it was a short vacation we couldn’t have had more fun! All 6 bedrooms were great, dining area fit us perfectly and the different ‘living’ rooms allowed different groups to do different things (watch TV or play cards or play kid games or just sit and relax). This home is not too far from Anna Maria Island with multiple gorgeous beaches, lots of shopping (markets and stores), restaurants and fun things to do (Mote Aquarium, horseback riding, beach walking) as well as swimming anytime in your own private pool. The property owner Alyson is a joy to work with and bends over backwards to make your stay amazing. We will definitely come back and create even more wonderful family memories!!!

This is a large home that gave everyone space. Kids had fun in the pool. Location to gorgeous beaches is just a short drive away. Host and hostess are very friendly and helpful. My grandkids had fun playing with the host family’s kids.
