There is a keypad on the front door, your codes will be sent the day before your arrival. The only area not for guest access is a storage closet on the lanai.

Directions to the Sabal Harbor/Sabal Key community pool

Head down Misty canal away from the front gates, then
right on Runabout way. Go through the arm gate and turn right on Breakwater Dr. Turn right on Sabal Harbor, and right into parking lot. You`ll find pool, tennis, basketball and playground here. Don`t forget the pool key! Enjoy!
