Welcome to "Royal Palm Paradise" your private waterfront pool and spa home located in the popular rental community of San Remo! This vacation home has something for everyone! The property is situated on the corner of the Palma Sola Bay with a boat dock large enough for a 30' boat (Boatlift in pictures is not available to renters). With no bridges to the bay by boat and just minutes away from the most popular beaches in the area, this completely renovated pool home is the perfect destination point to enjoy everything the area has to offer!

When pulling up to the property you instantly notice the well-manacured exterior and enough space for parking even if you have a trailer! Walking into the front door your eyes are instantly pulled to all the natural light coming off the back of the property overlooking the pool and canal. The main living space offers a large flat-screen smart tv, along with a PS4 for the kids to enjoy some gaming when you are relaxing in the hot tub late at night! The main living area has plenty of space for seating and everyone to gather around and play games and enjoy family time! The kitchen comes fully equipped with everything needed to make your favorite home-cooked meals! Some added bonuses at this property is a wine cooler, a Keurig machine as well as a few customized tools made specifically for this property!

When heading outside this property offers tons of activities for everyone to enjoy! Whether its shooting pool in the garage, playing hoops in the pool, or playing a fun game of cornhole along the canal you can spend your entire day outside enjoying the amazing weather Florida has to offer! When you are ready to relax take a soak in the hot tub or if you are needing to cool off jump in the pool! Do you enjoy fishing? Dock lights provided on the exterior that makes fishing off the back of the property a fun experience when enjoying the local fishery!

Trying to figure out sleeping arrangements? This property offers a split floor plan with the Master bedroom on the right side of the property and two guest bedrooms to the left when first walking into the door. The Master Bedroom offers a king-size bed, desk area for working, a mounted smart tv as well as an ensuite bathroom with a stand-up shower. Guest bedroom 1 offers a King size bed and Guest bedroom 2 offers a set of single bunk beds along with a King size bed. A shared bathroom is located in this hallway as well with double vanity sinks and a tub/shower combo. Additional sleeping is offered on the sleeper sofa in the living room that converts to a Queen size bed.

*The boat lift on this property is owner-occupied year-round and not available for tenants' use. Tenants may dock their boat in the water along the dock only.

*The owner does use the boat lift (and boat) throughout the year and will require access to the boat/lift during your stay to gain access to the boat. The owners and property managers will always attempt to notify tenants in a timely manner when the boat the owner may require access if needed during your stay.

*This property is monitored (non-private areas) externally with security cameras. The cameras cover the front yard, front door/garage, and boat lift only.

*Pets are allowed for an additional cleaning fee. Inquire for more info. Dogs only
*Pool can be heated for an extra fee.
*Pool heaters in private homes are locked for your safety and controls must not be tampered with as they are monitored by the pool company. 85° is the highest heat temperature setting. Pool temperatures will probably stay around 76° during the winter months. Please note if cold days occur, water temperatures will drop and may take longer to heat.

Damage Waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee (“Management”), plus tax if applicable.
The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $1,500 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
