This is a free trolley that goes up and down Anna maria island and a bus comes to every stop every 20 minutes.
There are 26 stops in total on the island so you can get anywhere. FREE! You can also check out the Gulf Island Ferry to get out to the island and enjoy some sights along the way.

If staying in the area, we do suggest renting a vehicle.

Smoking is not permitted inside the home.
There is a designated smoking area outside.
Smoking indoors will result in immediate termination without refund.

The property is monitored by outdoor cameras only (front and back).
These record video and audio for safety.
There are NO cameras inside the home.
Disabling or covering the cameras will terminate your rental agreement without refund.

This is Florida, you may occasionally see a palmetto bug or other insects. Even with regular, professional pest control and thorough cleaning, this can still happen.

🐾 Pets must be crated whenever left alone inside the property. Pets may not be left loose in the home while guests are away.

🐾 Pets may not be left unattended in the backyard at any time, even though the yard is fully fenced.

🐾 No pets in the pool. For the safety of your pet and to protect the pool and filtration system, dogs are not permitted in the swimming pool.
