Great home!
This is a lovely property! Very clean! We loved the back yard, but we were a bit early for warm weather to enjoy the pool. Great place to dangle feet in the pool! Host/maintenance very responsive and even followed up after we left the property. Would stay again! This is a hidden treasure!

Great stay
The home is beautiful and well cared for. Loved spending time in the yard even though the pool was too cool to get in. They only thing that would have made our stay any better would have been a king sized mattress and room darkening shades.

We arrived late in evening and were a bit nervous about being in the middle of a neighborhood but fell in love. Quaint place with old Florida vibes. Excellently stocked!

Great for traveling with your pet
The unit was supposed to be available at 3:00pm. When we arrived at 4:30pm it still was not ready. We waited another 20 minutes for the cleaning crew to finish. Entered the rental to completely wet floors and a running dryer. The home is a great space with a fenced in yard and a pool. Great for us as we were traveling with our dog. Large kitchen and dining area with most of the things you need to cook your own meals. Could use a few more serving pieces though. Bedroom 1 had a king sized bed(2 twins pushed together). Bed was absolutely horrible with a 4-5” drop between the 2 adjacent mattresses. Ended up switching bedrooms in the middle of the night because it was so uncomfortable. Bedroom 2 had a queen sized bed. Comfortable if you like softer beds. We had access to a washer and dryer which is always a plus. Unfortunately the dryer was packed with the laundry from the previous occupants. This meant I had to unload the full dryer in order to dry my own things. There was no place to put it so ended up on the floor until I was done. Then I had to put it back in the dryer. Outdoors had a screened in porch which was great for sitting in and a pool. Did not swim but sat around the pool during the day. A very comfortable place to stay with several restaurants and grocery stores close by.

Lovely quite property with a wonderful back yard and pool. Close to beaches too! Would definitely return.

the pool was to be the focal point of our stay , when we arrived it was dirty and not very clear. It is quite comfortable for a party of 4 or less. Convenient 15-18 min drive to the beach and main name brand shopping.

Older home but comfortable stay.
Pros - House was nice and clean when we got there. The pool was awesome. The location of the house was very convenient. It was near grocery stores and fast food restaurants. Checking in was also easy as well. Cons -We have a family of four so hot water didn't last long if two ppl were showering at the same time. Kitchen utensils (forks and spoons) can use a replacement. The were old and dirty looking so we bought plastic utensils to use instead.

Quaint and peaceful mini getaway with hubby and dogs
We enjoyed our stay at the house. Everything you could possibly need was available to use during our stay. Home was tastefully decorated and clean. Would stay there again next time I plan a vacation in the area. Hostess was very pleasant and mailed me back 2 rings I had accidentally left behind.

Great stay!
I greatly enjoyed my time at this property. It was a great location and a nice relaxing spot. Great central location and I would love to come back again. Only things I noticed that could use some updates were that towels/sheets could stand to be updated as they appear to be well used, A/C unit was a little on the loud side, and lounge chair by pool could stand to be replaced. Overall great place!

Condition and area
Every thing in house was old in poor condition and needed update. Several items did not work. Sheets did not fit the bed. The area was very noisy. The neighborhood was not maintained or well keep. Will never use it again and very disappointed in VRBO.

We arrived on a Friday, checked out on Sunday morning. We stayed with our dog, Rookie. Great property, quiet, clean and well appointed. The pool is beautiful and clean. Rookie loved the large yard and all the new sniffs. My only concern was the bed, the fitted sheets are badly pilled and old, the pillows flat. Both could do with an updating.

An amazing stay
The property and location were amazing. Had everything we could have wanted and more. The batteries in the remotes were dead, the dishes all were still dirty and the pool filter was full. Other than that we had no issues and loved the place. We would 100% stay again

Awesome Oasis!
Our stay at Uncle Louie’s could not have been more perfect. The house is located on a quiet street. Inside the house has everything needed as well as a bunch of extras. Very clean!!! You could enter the backyard and never leave for your whole vacation but the beach is nearby. An Awesome Oasis!! We will be back
