This 4-bedroom, 2-bath home has an open, easy-flow main living floor plan and a brand-new pool, pairing comfortable indoor space with a private outdoor setting built for spending most of your stay outside.



The living area opens naturally onto the covered, screened lanai and new pool. Sip coffee out there at sunrise, spend the afternoon floating in the pool, fire up the grill for dinner, and settle in for an easy evening without ever leaving home — the screened enclosure keeps things comfortable while you still get the Florida sunshine.



Inside, the home is newly furnished for up to 9 guests. The primary suite features a king bed and TV; three additional bedrooms offer flexible sleeping — a queen room and two rooms set up for kids and extra guests — plus two full bathrooms between them. The kitchen, dining, and living areas make it easy to cook, eat, and spend time together, and a ping-pong table adds a rainy-day option between beach days.



You're close to the best of West Bradenton, with Anna Maria Island's Gulf beaches a short drive away, alongside Robinson Preserve, restaurants, shopping, boating, golf, and everything else that makes this stretch of Florida such an easy place to vacation.
