Unlimited Golf with membership transfer- Lakewood National

Premium furnishings penthouse (top floor) condo within highly sought after Lakewood National. Lakewood National is a fully gated community that has 2, world class 36-hole golf courses, a full-service spa, state of the art fitness center, lighted tennis courts, pickle ball, bocce courts and best of all a lagoon pool with causal poolside dining and Tiki bar.

Our home is a new 4th (top) floor 2 bedroom 2 Bath with two king beds fully furnished and ceiling fans in every room. Featuring a spacious master suite with a wall mounted 65” TV, a walk in closet and master bath with large vanity and walk in shower. The second bedroom features a King size bed and a large closet. The kitchen features all new stainless steel appliances and granite countertops, island countertops with stools and a dinning table that seats 6. Our home is turn key with all glassware, dishes, silverware etc included.

The Living room has an open concept to the kitchen and features a wall mounted 65” TV sectional sofa with ottoman. Spectacular views of Piper pond, #15 fairway and woods. If you prefer outdoors you can relax on the front or back lanai, both feature seating and ceiling fans. There is a single car carport located in the front row next to the elevator for easy access. Our home also features washer, dryer, Free wifi, extra linens and beach towels. Unlimited golf resort membership (member, spouse and children under 21) includes all amenities golf, tiki, fitness, access to spa and car transponder (for security gate). The condo is situated directly next to a satellite pool for easy access.

Membership transfer is available for all stays over 30 days, inquire about transfer costs, they are currently seasonal. 14 day notice is required by LWN administrations. With transfer, you will have access to all facilities and amenities with availability for golf (membership golf rates change depending on the season renting).

If you leave the community Lakewood Ranch
includes over 150 miles of nature preserves with wildlife, sidewalks, bike trails, parks and lakes. The beaches which are in close proximity are Anna Maria Island, Siesta and Longboat Keys as well as Siesta Key beach!

Beautiful place and amazing host.

My wife and I along with our 2 11 year old daughters lost our home in a flood due to Hurricane Debby. Zoe let us make this our temporary home for a month and ill be forever grateful. He worked with us on a weekly basis as we weren't sure how long it would take to either get back into our home or find a new one. He was a lifesaver for us. The place is absolutely beautiful and we were extremely comfortable and enjoyed being just minutes from our neighborhood and being able to check on our house daily. Family retreat

We rented this condo because we have family in Lakewood national and in the Lakewood Ranch area. The condo has everything you need to cook with and be comfortable. The beds were amazingly comfortable. The owners We’re very diligent with the check-in process and accommodating while we were there. Already looking at when we can book again.

Amazing Experience

Absolutely couldn’t be happier with my stay. This was a fantastic property and the owner is amazing… Great view, convenient location, Clean, absolutely should’ve stay my entire 2 1/2 months waiting on my new home to be finished… If I could give this stay a 10 out 10 it wouldn’t be enough… I recommend this property without hesitation… I am very picky where I stay and bring my family and this was a winner on all fronts… It was really nice to have a place that felt like home without it being my home… Do yourself a favor and book this location when you’re in this area because you can’t go wrong… I will recommend this location to friends, family and anyone needing a place to stay when in the area 1000%

SIMPLE - THE BEST PLACE THAT WE HAVE EVER STAYED!!!

The only reason that I gave this Condo 5 ⭐️s is because I couldn’t give it a 10 ⭐️s !!!!!! Every thing about this place was incredible! The room, air conditioning, comfort, quick communication with owner, pools, and all amenities were perfect. I’m 52 years old, the couch was so comfortable I took a nap every single day! The pool was amazing! The tiki grille at the pool had the best food we ate the entire trip. We hated to leave, but hopefully we can come back soon!!!

Beautiful and Comfortable Condo

We had a wonderful month long stay at this beautiful condo. It is just as nice as the pictures. Peaceful golf course view from the balcony. Lakewood National is a gated community with nice amenities. The host was very kind and followed up to make sure all is well. We had no problems. The beds were very comfortable. We would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend.

Outstanding condo in Lakewood National.

This is the best condo that we have stayed in at Lakewood National, over the last 5 years of trips to Sarasota. It is beautifully decorated. Has everything you need to stay. Quiet 4th floor condo with a porch that looks out to a picturesque golf course. The screened in porch is well equipped with comfortable furniture. We sat out most every morning over the 31 days drinking morning coffee The owner is A+++. Zoe prepared a beautiful welcome gift and explained everything you needed to enjoy a great stay. She was always available to help. I couldn’t recommend this condo more highly. If you are coming to Lakewood National, which is amazing, you need to stay here, if available. Cheers 🍻 🍷

Paradise on a golf course!

Everything and more of what the property owner described. Great to work with owner, very flexible Great communication and he even made sure our golf club shipments were picked up and delivered to the condo. Very clean, great technology and a great view of the golfers on the Lakewood National corses Liked the community so much, we bought a house down the street. Golfers dream!

Pick this one

Host had extremely good and quick communication. Condo lacked nothing and we also worked remote out of there. Screened in porch overlooks golf course and water. Small pool right by condo. 4th floor elevator worked the whole time no prob. Amenities tiki bar and pool were awesome. Also tennis and pickleball avail. The office will put gate sticker on your car for you so very easy. Spa on-site is called Utopia. It was awesome and convenient. Covered parking for o e car and security car patrols as well. Two entrances are nice. Pick this one is my recommendation

Excellent choice for our vacation

This property was beautiful, comfortable, clean, and ideally located on one of the golf courses of a beautiful master planned community. The main pool and adjoining Tiki bar/restaurant were very nice. Community staff was friendly, helpful. The host/property owner could not have been nicer or more responsive to my inquiries. A great property and location to enjoy.

Just book it!!!

Spent a fabulous week in Zoe’s Lakewood Ranch condo. This beautifully decorated home, feels lux but comfy. Zoe made this place feel like home with everything you could possibly need. Comfy beds, great water presser, washer and dryer, a Keriug coffee maker and even some extra welcome treats. Enjoyed morning coffee on the balcony with a view of the lake and golf course. Great communication and easy check in and out. Highly recommended host! Thanks for a wonderful week!

Amazing place with a beautiful view!

We had a wonderful stay here. Great location-close to University Town Center where there are many restaurants and stores. The condo was nicely decorated and it was very clean and equipped with all of the amenities. Beds were very comfortable. Check in was a breeze and the owners were very nice to communicate with. Great spot

This location is located on a great golf course (Lakewood National) in Lakewood Ranch. I rented it for my son and his girlfriend and they really enjoyed it. The owners are very responsive. We will definitely rent this unit again.
