Our stay was acceptable, though not as positive as other reviews suggested. We arrived later in the evening and immediately noticed a musty odor throughout the condo. As a Florida resident, I am familiar with this type of smell, which is often associated with poor ventilation or moisture issues.The condo was generally clean; however, upon opening a drawer in the master bathroom, I found a long hair in plain view, which was surprising given that the unit had been cleaned. I contacted the owner, who responded promptly and apologized. They suggested opening the windows or running the air conditioning to address the odor.There is a notice by the thermostat advising not to lower the temperature below 74 degrees to prevent the air handler from freezing. Since the temperature was already at 73 degrees, we attempted to air out the unit by opening the windows, which only helped temporarily.Another issue occurred when my wife attempted to use the hair dryer. It did not work, and I discovered the cord appeared to have a short. I notified the owners, understanding that equipment issues can happen.Positively, the location was excellent, the condo was well stocked, communication was good, and the instructions were clear. Unfortunately, due to the persistent musty odor throughout the unit, I cannot recommend this property. I encourage the owners to address this issue, as it could pose health concerns for some guests.

Wonderful place to stay!

We will stay here again! Very clean and has everything. You can walk to the pools, tennis courts, and basketball courts. There was plenty of room for dining in-we prepared a couple of meals here. We love having a refrigerator and washer/dryer. Communication from the host was great! Check in was so easy! Beautiful condo. My favorite was sitting in the screened in porch area and reading while listening to the lake fountain! I wish I was there now!

Close to IMG,

Very convenient location for any parent or relative visiting students at IMG. First floor location with simple parking and key code access to property. Clean and comfortable with amenities needed for a long weekend, or even a longer stay. Publix is within walking distance and AMI is a short drive away. Enjoyed our stay and Yvon was very helpful during our time there. Thank you!

Nice getaway

We enjoyed our stay. The owner was extremely helpful and even came to change a lightbulb even when we said it wasn't necessary. Everything was clean and tidy. The only "issue" we had was with the very strict pool rules. We got a warning the first day when our son jumped into the pool. We didn't realize there was a no splashing rule. I realize this wasn't the condo owner's fault at all. Just something that made it a little less enjoyable. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay!

Wonderful stay

We had such a wonderful time and plan on returning. We did have some problems at the beginning with heat/air settings but the manager responded quickly and took care of that issue. Thank You. Everything in the condo was great. I would recommend a few dish cloths be put in the kitchen. Outside of that it was perfect.

Property handler was slow to communicate and then charged us for a comforter that was cheap in the first place. Said we tore it and it had to be replaced. Not true! Unit was dated and needed to be remodeled. Would not recommend this property person to anyone. We were working in the area so we were not there during the day.

Nice stay

The condo was as pictured, very clean no complaints but for having an issue locking the door everyday. I did finally get hold of property manager who walked me through it but I did continue to has an issue with locking it took me a few minutes each time. I would just recommend that lock be adjusted or replaced. Other than that issue I would definitely recommend this condo to others. Perfect location to beaches, stores and Ana Maria Island. It was nice to have extra sheets and blankets and pillows and plenty of towels available. Thank you.
