I am reaching out to you because you booked at least 14 nights with us. This qualifies you for first right of refusal for the next year at the same property for the same time. I have you set up in the system as a rebook to hold the dates so no one can rent them from underneath you. If you are interested in staying again next year, I can set the reservation up. You have 15 days from your check in this year to let us know one way or another before we release the dates for reservation. Great stay!
The house was very clean, very cute, and exactly as described. It was in a great location, not far from longboat key, Anna, Maria Island, and Bradenton. Beware, there is a ceramic blue parrot hanging in one of the trees around the pool, this caught me off guards several times and always made me laugh. I would totally stay here again.

A true feeling of Florida
A great home that gave us a true Floridian feeling during or stay in Sunny Shores and beautiful memories that will last forever. That to us is what it truly is all about. Great central location and a wonderful friendly neighborhood . A special thank you to Doug who lives right across the street and maintains the home he is a true saint and made us feel so relaxed and at home . A great tour guide and host as well letting us know all the best places to go ! 😘👍

Soccer Tourney
The whole stay was perfect, the only regret is we weren’t down there for vacation versus being at a soccer tournament. The house was virtually spotless and very relaxing with the various birds and flora fauna. We spent a lot of time watching the birds wasting out of the feeder. The only issue we had was the ceiling fans remotes control fans in other rooms of the house, ie bedroom fan turns on the other bedroom fans/lights. We will definitely stay down there again should we need to vacation or otherwise. I loved cooking on the Green Egg which is just like mine at home. Thank you!!!

Location Convenience
The location was super convenient. The information provided prior to our stay was a little disappointing. Most items that they said would be provided to get started were not there i.e. laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, etc. It would have been nice if they let us know what type of coffee maker so we could have bought the correct type of coffee.

winter getaway
This property was what we were looking for. A place to relax and get away from winter for a few weeks. The floor plan is a bit different and all the light switches and remote controllers were confusing, although the place was pretty much as advertised. Friendly neighborhood folks who we spoke with while dog walking. Just a short drive to the beach and other amenities.

The property was very nice and well kept, plenty of space for my family and guests. I absolutely loved the beach theme and setup in the house. I wish there was more lighting outside, front and backyard. Other then that we had a great stay without any issues in the property. I would come back and stay here again.

as expected & convenient
So the house was super cute, decorated really nice with a beach theme. The neighborhood is not really what we expected.. it wasn’t bad, but it wasn’t “nice”.. it’s a mix of nicer and def not nice homes. A trailer park on the next street, but overall it was quiet. We saw a coyote in the neighborhood so be careful with your smaller dogs. The backyard was completely fenced so our dog didn’t use the front yard. The house was equipped with everything you could need. The beach bags we found in the hall closet was a nice bonus bc we def used them! Pool was good, warm but a lot of chemicals so it burned the kids eyes. The misquotes are BAD back there so bring bug spray! Pool floats are in the shed.. the noodles were in bad shape and the boards were old and cracked. A fire pit would have been a great touch to the backyard! The bedroom with the one bed had a super hard mattress but I was so exhausted I passed out anyway. The room with the two twin beds had trundles so that room was perfect for all the kids. Laundry room in basement & fully equipped kitchen. We’d stay here again for sure. It was really close to the beach too but we didn’t end up going to that beach we took the 45 min drive to siesta keys. There’s a great ice cream shop 3 minutes from the house too! Def have to check that place out

It is hard to beat such a great location that is so close to everything. The owner of BeachRentals.Mobi lives across the street from this property and can assure that the neighborhood is nice. The neighborhood boasts the old Florida charm with a marina at the end of the street and the gulf beaches close by right over the Cortez bridge. Unfortunately, coyotes are more common in neighborhoods all over the United States due to tearing down woods and building properties. Thank you for your feedback.
