Das Bollinger Duplex, Side B ist ein ebenerdiges Duplex mit einem Schlafzimmer und einem Bad am 6909 Gulf Drive in der bevorzugten nördlichen Gegend von Holmes Beach. Es ist nur einen halben Block von einem wunderschönen Strand entfernt, an dem Sie von einem Ende der Insel Anna Maria zum nächsten spazieren können!

Diese ebenerdige Einheit ist neu renoviert und verfügt über neue Farbe, Teppich und Geräte. Vor Ort stehen Ihnen ein Carport sowie eine gemeinsame Waschmaschine und ein Trockner zur Verfügung. Das Bollinger Duplex verfügt über einen Fernseher im Wohnzimmer mit DVD-Player. Es gibt auch einen Holzkohlegrill zur Verfügung.

Kabelloses Highspeed-Internet ist vorhanden.

Dieses Gerät bietet Platz für sechs Personen mit einem Kingsize-Bett im Hauptschlafzimmer, einem Schlafsofa im Wohnzimmer und einem weiteren Schlafsofa in der geschlossenen Höhle.

I thought the passcode wasn’t working when we tried to access the unit for the first time, but it was my error. Before discovering the error, I texted the host for assistance and she was at the property within 5 minutes. The property was perfect for our needs, including being pet-friendly.

The duplex is right across the street from the beach and 5-10minutes from various restaurants, shopping etc. Dissatisfied with the A/C. During the day, the air struggled to maintain 80 degrees, but cooled down at night. They sent someone out to look at it and it didn’t improve.

Can't wait to go back!

We typically stay at a timeshare on LBK but this year our week didn't line up with our school break. We couldn't believe what a great find this was. We really only used the unit to sleep and prepare small meals. The unit itself is older but it had new couches which were clean and inviting. The carport made for a nice place to eat outside even when raining. The detached bathroom was a pleasant surprise. We appreciated that there were some beach chairs, toys, and wagon available for us to use. The only thing I would ask that you change is the bedframe in the bedroom is too large for the bed so estimating where the end of it is in the dark is hard. I walked into it a couple times before placing a large bag in the way for the remainder of the stay. We would love to stay again.

Close to beach and trolley stop. The home is in need of a lot TLC both cleaning and maintenance. The inside of cupboards were dirty. Some utensils needed to be washed before use. Chairs on the patio were broken. There were no potholders or kitchen towels. We have vacationed on the island for about 24 years and Overall it was just not what I have come to expect. It was just the two of us so we were ok but will not be returning.
