You have access to Loft503, the downstairs patio with a fire pit and ample seating, balcony with a built-in grill and seating, fully equipped bar area, and cruiser bikes to take a ride around town! There is one off street parking space included with your stay.
Guests shall receive access to the unit on the day of arrival by lock code. Remote customer service is available 24/7. To reach us, please respond to our emails and text messages. For repairs and maintenance, please let us know of the issue as soon as possible. Please note that repairs and NON-EMERGENCIES will be scheduled during regular business hours between 9 am to 4 pm, Monday through Friday. If you do not have a car during your visit, it is convenient to utilize Uber/Lyft. If you are looking for speedier way around town there are Bird scooters for public use. Downtown Bozeman is very walkable so if you are looking to stay around Main Street walking around can be the best way to make sure you don’t miss a thing!

Footage remains private and may be used for liability reasons and to monitor occupancy and other policies noted here. It in no way infringes upon the expectation of privacy in these public areas. Additionally, we have installed noise monitors in the property to ensure that our guests have a comfortable and peaceful stay. These monitors help us detect any excessive noise levels that may disturb the neighbors, (they do NOT record any conversations, just decibel levels). We want to ensure that everyone has a great experience during their stay with us and that everyone can enjoy a peaceful environment.These devices are not located in any private spaces such as bathrooms or bedrooms and have been installed for the safety and security of our guests and the property as well as to minimize disturbances to neighbors.

When booking our cancellation policy is as follows:
1. Full Refund A guest is eligible for a full refund of accommodation fees and applicable taxes if the cancellation is completed within forty-eight (48) hours of booking AND at least fourteen (14) full days prior to the scheduled check-in time. 2. Partial Refund If the above conditions are not met, but the cancellation is completed at least seven (7) full days prior to the scheduled check-in time, the guest will receive a fifty percent (50%) refund of accommodation fees and applicable taxes. 3. No Refund Cancellations made less than seven (7) full days prior to the scheduled check-in time, early departures, or unused nights after check-in are non-refundable. 4. Merchant of Record – Payment Processing Fees For all reservations where we are the merchant of record, all refunds are subject to a non-refundable payment processing fee equal to four percent (4%) of the total transaction amount, regardless of the timing or reason for cancellation. This fee reflects third-party payment processing costs incurred at the time of booking and is retained on all cancellations, including those that otherwise qualify for a full or partial refund under this policy. 5. Third-Party Platform Fees When a reservation is processed through a third-party booking platform, platform service fees and any other non-accommodation charges are governed by that platform’s policies and are not controlled or refunded by us.
Extenuating Circumstances Policy: When this Policy allows for cancellation, it controls and takes precedence over the reservation’s cancellation policy. Guests that are impacted by an event covered by this Policy can cancel their reservation and receive, depending on the circumstances, a cash refund or credit can be given. If the Host is impacted by an event covered by this Policy they can cancel without adverse consequences, but, depending on the circumstances, their calendars may be blocked for the dates of the cancelled reservation.
What events are covered: This Policy uses the term “Event” to refer to the following situations that occur after booking, are unforeseen at the time of booking, and prevent or legally prohibit completion of the reservation.
Changes to government travel requirements. Unexpected changes to visa or passport requirements imposed by a governmental agency that prevent travel to the destination. This doesn’t include lost or expired travel documents or other personal circumstances relating to a guest’s authorization to travel.
Declared emergencies and epidemics. Government declared local or national emergencies, epidemics, pandemics, and public health emergencies. This does not include diseases that are endemic or commonly associated with an area—for example, malaria in Thailand or dengue fever in Hawaii.
Government travel restrictions. Travel restrictions imposed by a governmental agency that prevent or prohibit traveling to, staying at, or returning from the Listing location. This does not include non-binding travel advisories and similar government guidance.
Military actions and other hostilities. Acts of war, hostilities, invasions, civil war, terrorism, explosions, bombings, rebellions, riots, insurrection, civil disorder, and civil unrest.
Natural disasters. Natural disasters, acts of God, large-scale outages of essential utilities, volcanic eruptions, tsunamis, and other severe and abnormal weather events. This does not include weather or natural conditions that are common enough to be foreseeable in that location—for example, hurricanes occurring during hurricane season in Florida.

Great location, clean—but concierge is a joke! And not cozy. At all.
Stayed 7 days. Clean. Fancy bathroom, good proximity to town. Text-only concierge is either a bot or really bad outsourced property mgt. It is also SO not cozy—plus the “front” porch they show in pics is weirdly off of an office on the first floor—and the furniture needed a cover bc those magpies have been busy. We couldn’t believe it was advertised for more than 2 people—unless it’s a family, more than 2 people would have been a nightmare.

Nice "designer" rental. Good location to walk for shopping, food, etc. Nice appliances, etc.
Downsides:
1.Architectural company that shares (thin) walls with the unit can be very loud during normal working hours. Sound really radiates.
2. Seating in the common area is limited for watching the TV (3 people, fairly comfortably), and no dining table except for bar table on the deck.

VRBO stay at downtown Bozeman
We were somewhat disappointed in the condition of the patios. Wanted to change stay from a Monday Tuesday to a Sunday Monday very disappointed they would not work with us. Outside was a complete mess, was going to have family members over for a fire but it was not in any way in condition for that. Told me they were going to clean the next day but no response and nothing done. Great location.

Great location but amenities were inadequate
The location of this house was perfect. We have a 3 year old so being right next to a school with a lot of commotion in the mornings was not a downside for us. Everything in the house is semi-automatic and not very well labeled. You’ve got to go in the app just to figure out how to open/close the blinds. Everything seems extremely nice but didn’t necessarily operate as they should. The sauna shower was one thing we really looked forward to but it was extremely temperamental. We had to turn everything on and let it run for 15-20 minutes before coming to life. For the price, we had a lot of high hopes for this place but sadly less than satisfied. When relaying this info to the host, all we got was a “sorry” with zero resolution or way to rectify it.

Great place for a couple
We stayed for 2 nights at the end of May, weather did not cooperate, but it did not matter as we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. I can see where it might be tight for 4 adults (seating and eating) but this place was perfect for the 2 of us. Hint: be sure to have the "stay guide" handy as we used it more than once ;-)

Great, Clean, Updated Property
I thought this property was awesome! I used it as a home base to work and live while I skied some days (in Big Sky) and worked from home. It was clean, very modern, and the house was just perfect. It was equipped with anything you would need during a stay, and the high end finishes made it feel like you could have a luxurious stay without a crazy expense.
The team answered any and all questions I had, which made me really feel like I could make Bozeman home for two (2) weeks, and I couldn't have asked for better service! I would 100% recommend staying here if you're in Bozeman. It's close to shops and restaurants, and a short drive from all the region has to offer!
