  • Located directly on Lake Charlevoix with beautiful green space and 2500 feet of white sandy beach. The Harborage complex is located within walking distance to Boyne City and right next to the Harborage Marina and Peninsula Park. Also, on site, are tennis courts and a putting green. This property has everything needed with top-of-the-line amenities. Book today for a wonderful vacation with your friends and family. This condo is new to the rental market with limited dates which will fill quickly.

    The main level includes a large, open living/dining area with lots of cozy spots, all with lake views, a flat screen TV and a fireplace. A large kitchen is open to the main area and is fully stocked with all you’ll need cook and dine. There is also an adjoining laundry room with plenty of room for additional storage. Lower level condo with three bedrooms. The master bedroom has a king bed, second bedroom has a queen bed and third room has two twin beds. Two full bathrooms. Deck with seating and gas grill.

    Short walk to downtown Boyne City. Short drive to Petoskey, Charlevoix, East Jordan and Boyne Falls. Great hopping off point to enjoy everything this Up North location has to offer.

Harborage Condo vacation

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our stay was wonderful. The property was clean and well suited for our family. Nancy, from Timber North, was so helpful. We love Boyne City and had been interested in staying at Harborage for years. The stay more than met our expectations.

Gut: Sauberkeit, Check-in und Lage
Nice decor and beautiful view and outside property. So close to town as well. However, condo needs updating in bathrooms as exhaust fans not working in one and toilet took forever to flush and was weak in the master bath. Master is listed as a king bed but it’s a queen and a tv is shown but it was in the closet and not hooked up. No tv in other bedrooms. The condo had a faint smell of dog urine on rugs and on a living room chair. Window was broken in queen bedroom and we had to go outside to close it as it blew open during a storm in the middle night. Blinds are old and some hard to open and close. Dirty plates were found in the kitchen cupboard. The condo was over all clean and appliances all brand new as well as the grill. We had a kayak to use and beach chairs so that was a plus. Living room is a step down from the rest of the condo and can be a fall risk so renters beware. For the money, we expected more. This was the first time in over 40 years of renting in Boyne City that we chose a place at The Harborage. We have had no issues with condos at The Landings so was surprised to encounter these at this condo which has great potential if the owners improve the bathrooms, blinds, and windows. The location, beautiful lake front property, new appliances, well stocked paper goods, beach towels, chairs and kayak made for a nice vacation.
