The Space:
Relax, unwind, and enjoy beautiful Boulder from our gorgeous, conveniently located condo. This space is aesthetically pleasing and offers a peaceful place to return to after a long day. Upstairs, you’ll find a spacious bedroom with a luxurious king bed and a bright en suite bath featuring a large walk-in glass shower and a skylight. The natural light will illuminate your morning routine and energize you for the day. You’ll find the other bedroom on the main level, which offers a cozy queen bed and easy access to the second full bathroom.
You’ll be drawn to the two balconies, one of which provides a seating area for you to sit back and enjoy a nice beverage while taking in the sights and sounds. You can easily walk or bike along the creek's nearby path and quickly see why so many choose to make Boulder their home. You won’t be too far from several hiking trails and scenic overlooks. Each season offers a uniquely wonderful experience, so pencil in some time to explore the surrounding areas.
Whether you prefer to be out exploring or hanging nearby, our condo offers a quiet respite from all the hustle and bustle. You’ll have a fully-equipped kitchen to prepare meals in, a comfortable couch to lounge on, a Smart TV to stream from, and a washer and dryer to keep your wardrobe fresh.
During your stay, you will have access to the entire unit and any open amenities on-site, including the seasonal pool, which typically opens in May, then closes in/by September.

Wintertime in Colorado brings many opportunities for play and adventure, as well as seasonal hazards that require consideration. AWD or 4WD capable vehicles are recommended from November - April for all guests. Please plan your travel accordingly. Immaculate and so comfortable
This is a lovely duplex in a quiet neighborhood but close to stores and a short drive from down-town Boulder. The lay out is great - with a bed room on each floor so there is privacy, comfortable sitting area and well equipped for cooking. A lot of nice small touches (coffee for the coffee pot; nice bath products, plenty of towels). The host was very responsive. Would definitely stay here again.

Quick trip to Boulder
Quick trip to Boulder to visit our daughter who attends the University. We come to Boulder several times each year and have stayed in many Vrbo properties. This place was very quiet and clean. The kitchen is small but mighty. Has everything you need to cook a proper meal. I highly recommend this place.

Convenient, quiet town home
The apartment is well renovated, stocked and comfortable. Amenities were great, everything we needed was there. Perfect layout for a couple with 2 young daughters sharing a room. The common area to enter the townhouse was a little stinky but that's to be expected with shared space. Overall private and quiet, very peaceful and easy drive into downtown Boulder.

Property is exactly as depicted in the photos and listing description. Pre-arrival instructions were detailed and very clear, excellent communication from owner/management - including very responsive (less than two mins) to our having trouble with the lock on the first time. Everything in the property worked great and worked very well for our family of four. Location was good, 10-15 mins from most main Boulder sites with a grocery and several restaurants within 2-3 min drive.We would definitely stay here again.

Charming and cozy, we enjoyed it a lot!
We loved this apartment, very homey and charming. Everything was spotless when we checked in, kitchen is fully stocked with new appliances, beds are very comfortable and the bathrooms felt like new. Towels and cleaning items were provided by owner, including coffee and a jar of cold water. The fridge's ice maker was turned on which we appreciated very much. We felt that a lot of attention was put to all the details needed to make an enjoyable stay and we did. Great service by owner. It is a quiet neighborhood with acces to a trial, a pool and tennis courts. It is exactly as advertised. We probably have to return to Boulder next year, so I will stay there again if available. I would definetly recomend it.

This unit is not good for Senior Adults!
I don't think there's enough room here to tell you everything .This unit was not well represented. We are senior adults that range in age from 76-80, and this unit is a 2 story unit. Had this been disclosed, we would not have rented it. There are area rugs under the beds, and they were a tripping hazard. The kitchen is well stocked with nice new appliances. The area is private and safe. But there again there are steps into the unit, and the steps to the second level are very steep and narrow. They supply you with 2 towels in the kitchen for a whole week! On the day we were to leave, check out time is 11:00 A.M., they turned the internet off on us at 9:00 A.M. If you are a young person, this unit would be okay to rent, but DISCLOSURE is the name of the game, and you did not represent this unit well. I would not recommend because of the way it was represented.

The property was very comfortable for our family. The kitchen was well stocked with things you need to actually cook. The stairs are a bit narrow without a handrail - this wasn’t a problem for us, but it’s good to be aware of.

While the unit had good space and had been cleaned well, the photos make it look alot fresher and brighter than it really was. The carpeting was pretty awful and really needs replacing. The washing machine was unusable, as the inside rubber was full of moldy residue. There are narrow stairs leading to the upstairs bedroom and I could't carry my suitcase up it so had to leave that downstairs. I don't believe this is mentioned in the listing. The management was responsive to any issues we did have, I just think some more updates could be done to this unit to make it better and the washing machine needs replacing.
