Das kostenlose Wasser im Kühlschrank ist im kleingedruckten für Nicht Club Mitglieder mit 4 Dollar zu bezahlen. Und das ist nur ein Beispiel für die Nebengebühren. Das Personal ist im Allgemeinen recht freundlich ausser man hat an der Bar eine Frage...

Excellent hotel in a very good location for downtown, with good transport and walking options. Our 2 queen room was spacious clean with a large bathroom; couldn't be faulted. Staff at check in and reception were brilliant throughout our 7 night stay, but highlight was the breakfast room staff. They were so welcoming, helpful and friendly, and the omelette was outstanding. It was a pleasure to see them all first thing in the morning. Great hotel, good value, near to so many places to see and visit....next time I visit Boston, only one place for me to stay! Excellent, thank you

This property is a 15 minute drive from the airport and a 10 minute walk to South Station. The parking garage is right next door to the hotel too. Staff was warm and helpful and the elevators are key coded for extra security. The room was nice and spacious. Would absolutely book again.

This hotel was fantastic! It was very walkable to most tourist areas (Boston Common, Faneuil Hall, Bell in Hand Tavern, etc.). The hotel itself was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained in common areas as well as rooms. Parking was very convenient for self parking as the garage is attached to the hotel. They also offer valet parking. While breakfast is not included in the price, there is a restaurant on site with a variety of breakfast options including a breakfast buffet. There are also breakfast sandwiches available for grab and go. Overall I was very happy with my stay and would highly recommend choosing this hotel.

The hotel had no A/C in the tower. Maintenance had to come to our room to let us know the building had none. Our room did not get cooler than 74, extremely hot and uncomfortable. The poool was also drained and not available for use, as well as the saunas for the women’s and men’s locker rooms in the gym. Construction was going on right outside our room in the street the entire week we were here as well. Bed sheets also were stained. NOT impressed for the amount of money we spent to stay here.

We are sorry if that makes you uncomfortable. Our pool is closed since 2020 as well as the saunas. We make sure to not advertise it on our website or all the third party website to avoid confusing our guests. Regarding the construction , unfortunately the city of Boston is managing that and its not under our control. Finally, regarding the bed sheets, we are sorry about that, we will share your comment with the team and ensure it won't happen again. Thank you again for your feedback.

We had a really friendly and helpful staff member at check in! The room was really nice but very warm even after lowering the thermostat, and our TV didn’t work. We were only there for one night so it wasn’t a huge deal. The breakfast buffet was lovely and the breakfast staff very attentive.

Pro: every staff member we interacted with was very helpful and friendly. Good location Con: $406.00 for a basically satisfactory hotel, but they still wanted to charge for the 2 waters left in the room. Not enough coffee. I dislike feeling nickel and dimed when the room is overpriced.
