Hotel gut, Rechnung falsch, Hotel antwortet nicht
Das Hotel war prima. Die Lage günstig, man kann mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln in die Stadt fahren. Das Zimmer war sauber und groß. Beim Frühstück leider nur Wegwerf-Geschirr. Daher die schlechte Bewertung bei Umweltfreundlichkeit. Sehr unzufrieden bin ich damit, dass auf meiner Rechnung etwas aus der Bar war, obwohl ich nie in der Bar war! Leider fiel mir das erst zu Hause auf. Jetzt kommt das Schlechteste: Ich schrieb das Hotel an, aber sie antworten einfach nicht. Darüber bin ich sehr enttäuscht.

Schreckliches Frühstück !
Korrektur bitte: Das Frühstück war eine komplette Katastrophe. Schrecklich! Es wurden Plastikbesteck verwendet. Das Menü war auch schrecklich, es gab kaum Gemüse und kaum etwas anderes. Es gab nur ein Ei. Ich fragte nach Tomaten und die Mitarbeiterin sagte, sie hätten stattdessen Salsa-Sauce. Das Hotel liegt in der Nähe des Flughafens. Wenn man nicht sofort in die Stadt fahren und sich entspannen kann, könnte es eine gute Idee sein. Allerdings gibt es in der Nähe des Hotels keine Sehenswürdigkeiten und man müsste in die Innenstadt fahren. Das Taxi kostet 32 $. Aber wenn Sie vorher die Uber-App hätten, könnten Sie günstiger einen Fahrer über Uber rufen.

Overall it was a nice stay, it was only for one night. The check out is at 11 am, but I had the housekeeping knocking at the door at 9 am, waking me up. That’s the only complaint I have. Again overall it was a nice experience.

Very well kept. Clean. Quiet. Staff was great. Gym was spotless, although I wish there was a cleaning product or wipes for after they've been used. We went for a night away for my daughter's 13th birthday and she was so happy. Parking is too tight, that's the only property issue. It will be exciting when the plaza is built across the street to have lots to walk to!

Improve breakfast and you'll have a winner hotel.
My overnight stay was on December 22nd 2023. The hotel room was very clean. The staff was amazing and very accommodating. But, they need to improve the breakfast. First of all, paper plate and plastic cutlery????!!!! Food was horrendous and not fresh at all. If you improve breakfast, it will be worth the money I paid.

I Loved the overall experience nice clean rooms, clean spacious pool, lovely gym. This is a Hotel I would recommend to everyone. Andrea the front desk worker was very pleasant, and assisted with any questions.
