Das Zimmer wurde nicht sorgfältig gereinigt, ausser Bettenmachen. Es wurde keine Ablage abgewischt. Auch im Bad wurde nur Waschbecken und Toilette gereinigt. Schampoo klebte noch nach der 5. Nacht an den Fliesen.

Bathroom outlet didn’t work, and the door to the refrigerator was falling off! Common areas were very clean, staff was knowledgeable and friendly!

They give the wrong room Because they told me it was even that I already paid for the room. They gave me another one with a small bed for my wife. My kid and I we couldn’t fit in the bed Second, the floor was so wet that it smelled the room so bad that we can sleep at the middle of the night half of the bed was wet. We didn’t know what the weather was coming from. We talked with the stuff about seven times and they didn’t do nothing about it, all they say was the hotel it’s full

Good hotel overall. The pool area for the kids was nice. But, the pool water was very murky/poor visibility (dirty? too many chemicals?)..we swam in it anyway. The young people working the front desk were always very polite, professional and helpful.

The whole reason we booked this hotel was for the pool/rock climbing wall. We even called ahead of time to make sure it was open. When we arrived, the pool was closed. Our bedsheets were dirty. Our room was very VERY loud at night due to the outside roads and people gathering in the hotel parking lot. Our room was also VERY drafty. Even though the large windows were closed/lock there was a major breeze coming in from outside. We would not recommend this place and wont stay again.

The pool was close and our TV fonctionned 1/3 of the time. Plus, the area has no restaurant or activities, but it was close to the bus and train station.

Kumar the manager was friendly, welcoming and extremely helpful. He was like a breath of fresh air. Extremely polite from the moment I called to ask about early check in and restaurant recommendations to the moment my family walked in the doors to check in. He even greeted us with a little goodie bag of waters and snacks for my kids and a comped breakfast for myself and my kids father. Then we ordered dinner at Draft and the lady working there was very polite and helpful and explained that my 2 year olds meal would be free. She even called up to my room to let us know when our food was ready. Pool area is spacious with plenty for the family to do (rock climbing, swimming, basketball, movies playing on a large screen, foosball). Overall, I highly recommend this hotel.

Didn’t meet my expectations
Horrible they asked me for my credit card to put on file charge me $9.50 for something I didn’t purchase I still have not received my $50 deposit it’s still pending refund I was told I would have a late check out at 2 PM at 11:30 the housekeepers banged on the door because no one made them aware I will never stay here again I don’t think it was very clean breakfast was nice pool was nice just poor management
