Your unit and the 1st floor unit is separated by the door to the right of the staircase as mentioned in the photo. It is always locked on both sides. Once at the top of the stairs, to your left is the kitchen, full bathroom 1, and bedroom 2 and 3. To your right is the living room, dining area, and bedroom 1 with attached full bathroom 2.

You may use every room on the second floor of the multifamily. upon entering, follow the stairs to the second floor. Every room on that floor is exclusively yours. As well as the hall way on the first floor upon entering, and the back staircase accessed from the kitchen may be used only for laundry purposes.
