Die Zimmer wurden nicht gesäubert bei einem Aufenthalt von 5 Nächten. Valet Parken wird Wochentags nicht für Hotelgäste angeboten. Der nette Pool war unsauber, Zigarettenschachtel und Strohhalme im Wasser, Zigarettenkippen unter den Liegen

Who plans a emergency system test for 6 am?
The room was nice, but it was not fun to be woken up by sirens to an emergency alarm only to be then informed that it's only a routine test and to continue your stay as normal. A heads-up would have been nice, but I see no reason why this had to be done at 6 am, when most people would still be asleep. It didn't help either that this was followed by a blackout that seemingly only effected this Hotel. I can only assume this was another test as the electricity kicked back in again after about 15-20 minutes. Upon checking out there was no apology – sincere or not – for the inconvenience caused, but considering that the staff didn't inquire about our stay and did not wish us a good day I guess I can't be surprised about that. We won't be back.

I booked a no smoking room and they stuck me in a smoking room and would not make any accommodations to help. When I go to Bossier City I always stay at Margaritaville. This time it was absolutely awful. Maybe Horseshoe is in my future

It was very nice and very clean. The restaurant was so so but we came late and they were about to close. Our server did not rush us, but drink service was slow only one bartender.

First stay at a Margaritaviile hotel. Guest room had a beach feel which was nice. Love the room. The pool area was inviting with a bar. A few restaurants to choose from onsite at the hotel that were really good. I walked in the spa area to check it out. Should have planned better…next time. The hotel service was okay. Nothing overly exciting to mention. Walked around the boardwalk next to the hotel. They had some great shops and a few restaurant options.

Our room was huge and had a balcony overlooking the Red River. The views were beautiful! Upon first entering the room we were blown away by it but on closer inspection it was quite run down. Almost everything in the room needed to be repaired to some level and the bathroom wasn’t very clean. Bed was comfortable and shower had good water pressure but we did lose water pressure in the sinks a few times. Shower was small and awkward to use due to the layout but overall it was okay. I would recommend staying here but don’t go in with high expectations of a luxury experience.

Nice property but if you've ever been to a Margaritaville, it cab can be deceiving. The pool area was nothing special. If that doesn't bother you than its a nice hotel with a casino and several dining options within and around the hotel.

I paid for a deluxe king room no smoking for my son and his wife for the night after their wedding, they arrived around midnight to find out their room that I had already previously paid for had been given to someone else and all they had left was a regular smoking room, the employee told off on them by saying we had a big event this weekend so we only have a few smoking rooms left, sooooo since my son did not check in early his paid in full room had obviously been given to people who checked in earlier than him, so they sold his room out from under him. My reservation for him had cleared my credit card back in January for the deluxe king room no smoking.... I have never heard of such that they do not honor previous booking that you get whatever room is available at check in ....my son is allergic to cigarettes and was only offered a regular smoking room when I had already paid for a deluxe king non smoking room months prior ....Expedia was exceptional at promptly refunding my money since Margaritaville gave our room away, so they went to the Horseshoe which was glad to have us a customer!! This was ridiculous and unacceptable on his wedding night, what a disappointment!!! We will not be back !!!!!!!!

This is the 2nd time I stayed there both times horrible. This time on was waiting on the front person for 20 mins while she was playing on the computer then had to get my keys exchanged 3 times because they didn’t program right. We were on the 18th floor so that is inconvenient. The staff is not friendly or helpful super rude and short. Restaurant hours were not correct and also staff was short staffed and wait service was not like we are used to in a casino. We went to eat at the restaurants that were never open per the website. Pool bar was closed as well. Just overall a waste

We have stayed multiple times at Margaritaville but being woke up at 6am with “tests” over the intercom and no power with THREE sleeping babies just really left a bad taste in our mouths. 30 minutes after we got our children calm and back asleep we was all rudely awaken again. It was hot and miserable for us.. why they chose 6am for that I will never know but after being woken twice with screaming kids all before 7 we got irritated and left immediately and drove 3 hrs home. Unfortunately as much as we love it here, we won’t be back because we had a less than desirable stay. The good parts are it’s always very clean and comfortable but if I wanted to be woken up with no power and screaming babies I would have stayed home.

We did not have hot water the morning we left. The casino floor did not have many games open to play during the day. Only slot machines. The hot tub also did not work on our first night and was only mildly warmer our second night.

The Margaritaville Hotel/Casino in Bossier City had a very fresh, clean room with spacious, clean, modern bathroom. That makes all the difference! Very fast/efficient elevators made it a breeze to go up to the room and back down to the floor in case you forgot something. The food at the sports bar was fantastic!! You have to have the breakfasts there! The burgers were also special! Two complaints I have are that all but one eatery was closed by 9pm on a Thursday night! It makes it tough for those who drive in from a good distance and want to checkin and have a bite at night. The other complaint is that Valet parking was closed when we arrived at 8:30pm! That’s pretty ridiculous. Valet goes a long way to making a guest’s stay extra special. Without that, the stay starts on a huge downer! Not good. Combine that with closed restaurants and you’re lucky I have 4 stars!
