## DEPOSIT

A bank imprint of €250 will be requested as part of the rental. In the form of a payment link and managed by the secure online service Swikly, it is compulsory and must be made before arrival in the accommodation. The amount is not blocked or debited and does not affect the maximum amount you can use your credit card. You will only have to pay a service fee of €3,30.
Within 7 days of your departure, and subject to compliance with the general terms and conditions of sale, as well as the return of the property in perfect condition, this operation is automatically cancelled.

## INTERACTIONS WITH TRAVELERS

One of our receptionists will contact you on the day of your arrival to schedule your check-in time. Check-ins are normally from 4 PM to 8:30 PM, but it is possible to arrive later upon request, with an additional fee of €15 per extra hour.

From Mérignac airport :
Take Tram A from the airport to St Bruno - Hôtel de Région station, then walk 6 min.

From Saint Jean station :
Take bus G from Gare Saint Jean to Lycée Camille Jullian station, then walk 5 min.

The apartment does not have parking. Street parking is free only between 7 PM and 9 AM and on Sundays and holidays.
