Die Erwartung nicht erfüllt und doch sehr genossen
Lage des Hotels an der Beach könnte nicht besser sein! In der Mitte des Geschehens. Aber somit keine ruhige Lage! Pool nur bescheiden aber das Meer ist ja vor der Türe. Kein 4 Sterne Hotel wie wir von den Photos erwartet haben . Den Aufenthalt aber doch sehr genossen.

Super zentral gelegenes Hotel im Paradies!
Das liegt direkt am Strand bei Station 2 und ist sehr zentral gelegen. Um zum Hotel zu gelangen muss man ca 5Minuten zu Fuss gehen, da es am Strand keine Strasse gibt. Infinitypool ist super, leider sind Liegen und Schirme aber nur am Strand vorhanden. Strand ist wunderschön! Frühstück ok, aber immer dasselbe. Wifi eher schlecht.

Overall it is good, I booked the premium king suite with jacuzzi. However their jacuzzi is not working. I ask upon checking in abd they said it working, however when i use it it is not working.

This is a great property right in the middle of station 2 beach front. The staff are the most friendliest I’ve ever experienced. This will be my go to hotel for any future trips.

Hotellet har många rum utan fönster vilket fick vi erfara vid incheckning. När jag inte accepterade att ha ett rum utan fönster blev jag erbjuden rum med fönster. Hotellet är något sliten men bra läge. Kanske lite för dyrt för detta standard.

ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING *nothing* like the pictures!
This hotel is not even close to 4 Star and has no business advertising itself as such. The shower had minimal hot water and was a trickle. Premier Deluxe room contains a jacuzzi. Nice huh? It was broken - no hot water, the plug didn't work (it had a string tied to it so you could pull it out of the drain), and the jets were completely inoperative with their control removed and covered in duct tape. Your "ecstatic sensation" and "hip and modern facilities" at the Infinity pool include exposed wires, splattered paint on room windows, multiple bags of cement piled up against the wall, stacked up tiles, random plastic chairs and tools, miniature scaffolding and something that resembles a rack for drying clothes - it legitimately looks like construction sight. Throw in some empty paint buckets too. No deck chairs in the pool like in the pics - they're stacked up next to the entrance to the pool area and caked in dust. The swim up pool bar is completely inoperative and used as a storage area and is equally as filthy as the patio. There are no tiles or flooring of any kind on the patio leaving the cement beneath exposed, cracked and rough. "Hip and modern facilities" continue with the showers and toilets - just move the mop and bucket in the shower to the side if you want to rinse off after your swim. Mind the rotting and rusted doors when using the toilet - hope you've had your shots. Blends perfectly with the rotting wood and corrugated iron that is the pool "bar". See pics

I tell to reception we have early check out on the morning because of changes schedule.. then on time we check out.. the assign front desk ask me if the reception last night offer me a packed breakfast.. I said No. Even I told the reception we check out early in 5am. Anyway its just a breakfast. But i think almost 12,000 pesos for this hotel is not worth it. Other staff is Good

My experience in Uptown Hotel was terrible. There was cockroach’s on the floor. The water pressure in the shower barely worked. I felt like I didn’t feel clean after my shower. The bed was too tough causing me to have back and neck problems. The towels are poor quality. The only thing that’s good about Uptown Hotel is the location. Stay away from this hotel. It is very expensive and a terrible experience especially for the high paying price I paid for. I paid $1,300 for 7 nights just to experience a 1 star Hotel. I don’t recommend this place.

The staff is honestly the best asset this hotel has to offer. Always kind, friendly and extremely helpful. I had a minor injury that I needed to have checked out at a local clinic - they could have just given me directions to the clinic and sent me on my way, but instead, sent a staff member with me to ensure I was taken care of.

The property is not maintained anymore. The towel rack in the room is broken, furnitures are faded and a lot of scratches. Infinity pool wood entrance is not in good condition anymore and a bit dangerous to tripped yourself while walking. The other Elevator is broken while other one is rusting already but All of the staff are very helpful and accomodating that makes you feel welcome everyday.

Located right next to D’Mall at Station 2, you’ll be right at the center of the White Beach strip where the bars, dining, and shopping are concentrated. The staff was very friendly and accommodating from the time I arrived all the way til check out. Rooms were clean and well maintained. Although the hallway at the top floor where I stayed at always smelled like fried chicken. All in all, a wonderful little vacation.

Worst hotel
Doesn’t look like the pictures. There’s rats in the rooms. Dirty sheets and dirty Pillows. Had rat problem in one room they moved us to another room had the same rat problem. We had to get another hotel at four in the morning and they wouldn’t help us with that. They are making getting a refund very difficult and we didn’t even stay the next two days that we paid for.

Do not book...Boracay Uptown Hotel... The worst value hotel I have experienced in 47 years traveling the world... Based on paying $180 for 1 night... On Expedia listed as 4 star... Definitely NOT 4 STAR... MAYBE 2 STAR... For that price I expect some ambience... But no! Very old, dark and dingy, all surfaces marked or chipped, very old towels, sheets marked, only 1 key provided (so every time you leave the room the aircon is off), no drinking water in room, wiring exposed in a couple of areas, general property run down, breakfast 2 STAR, minimal selection, not even a knife for toast, after 5 pm the reception couldn't organise a transfer to the airport the next morning... Oh sorry there is one positive point... Located beachfront... But that's it!

The property was great. It’s location was perfect for us as we were traveling with 13 other people. We booked 2 executive suites and 1 premier suite. It came with free breakfast located at the top floor. The food was decent. The hotel staff was extremely accommodating. My only complaint was the live band that didn’t stop singing until 1145PM. Our room was located right above the stage, which was perfect in the daytime because we had the best view, but was terrible at night because of the band.
