The location can’t be beat, the house has everything you need to include comfy beds and nice linens, plenty of places to enjoy the company of others or enjoy some solitude. It really is a gem. „House what just what we needed, close to town and comfortable. Beds were great, didn’t realize there were stairs which weren’t great for my 2 year old but we made it through with no injury lol. Wish the kitchen had more cooking utensils but we made do. “

„Very cute and well maintained property. Room 14 had great view of the harbor. Easy walk to everything in town. Kitchen was well stocked to make your own breakfast. Staff very friendly.“

„Location is close to what we wanted (botanical gardens and Boothbay Harbor shops). The plusses were free breakfast, nice trails connected to property, icecream across the street. The minuses were the pool/hot tub not open as expected,our room was not deep cleaned.“

„This was a unique hotel with an elevated family home feel. We loved the living room , and kitchen availability. We enjoyed a night around the fire pit with a view of the water. The manager was very personable and cared about the guest experience. Boothbay Harbor was a lovely town with great restaurants. We would like to return. “
