This home is newly renovated with a modern open-concept living space with a screened lanai. It comfortably sleeps 6 with 3 beds and 2 full baths. One of the bedrooms also includes a desk for guests who brought work with them and wish to stay productive.

Relish the serenity of the backyard, cocooned by lush tropical foliage, creating a tranquil retreat perfect for unwinding.

This home is bright with a modern open floor plan, and centrally located. Walking or driving - it is a short distance to dozens of restaurants and shops.

The Master bedroom is spacious with a king sized bed and a walk-in closet and private bathroom. The Second bedroom includes one queen sized bed and large closet, while the third is set up as an office with a twin sized bed and closet. There is also a blow-up mattress available for additional guests.

There are extra blankets, sheets, towels and beach towels. Each bathroom has complimentary liquid body soap, shampoo, conditioner, make-up cloths / remover.

The living room is cozy and comfortable. Most importantly we have HIGH SPEED internet, a 75" Smart TV and Board games.

The Kitchen is equipped with new appliances, including a Keurig coffee machine with complimentary coffee and tea (sugar and creamer), a toaster, electric tea kettle, dishes, cups, glasses, pots & pans, bowls, and other essential kitchen utensils. Wine glasses and wine/bottle opener also available.

Our guest has access to the entire home, with a screened lanai, and great backyard where you will find a grill and patio dining table + 4 chairs. The house also makes available a washer & dryer which can be found in the garage.
