Private Tropical Retreat - Heated Pool/Spa, Open, Updated, Great Family Space!

Our home away from home is an open plan 3 BR, 2 BA, split bedroom layout. A sun porch with additional daybed and lounge space opens to the screened private lanai with heated pool and spa surrounded by greenery. The sound of the waterfall by day, and the party lights at night, lend a resort feel. There is a large shelf in the pool for lounging, or for our littlest guests to enjoy. Inside, the home has been totally refreshed and refurnished into a relaxing escape for family and friends. The vaulted Great Room includes a spacious entry area, a newly-remodeled open kitchen with island seating for 4, a farm table with seating for 8+, and a living/lounging space open to the Sun Porch and lanai. The 65" TV in the Great Room is wired with internet and ready to stream your subscription services and the cabinet below is loaded with games, cards and puzzles. The leather sofa opens into a queen size sleeper.

Also opening to the Sun Porch, looking through to the pool/lanai, the Primary BR suite features a king-sized bed, 50" TV, ensuite bath, and walk-in closet. On the opposite side of the Great Room, barn doors frame the entry to the guest wing, providing additional privacy for guests or family groups. Guest Rm 1 offers a queen bed with a view of the pool/lanai, Guest Rm 2 features 2 twin beds and an additional 50" television. Both rooms are equipped with mirrored space to work or get ready.

Open to the Great Room, the new Kitchen (2024) features all new appliances, and is equipped with everything you need to cook in or grill. Through the Kitchen, you'll find a mudroom/laundry with full-sized washer and dryer, plus iron and board for guest use. A full-size portable crib, highchair and booster seat await our youngest guests.

The heated pool is equipped with a spa, ledge loungers and floats for your relaxation both in and out of the water. There are also noodles and a water table for the littles. And for those rainy days and evenings, we've converted the garage into a throwback family gaming space complete with foosball, rod hockey, shuffleboard and a 65" TV.

We're not investors; we're homeowners. We've furnished our home intentionally for extended family and friend groups, and tested it extensively on ours! We think you'll love it as much as we do.

We are 30 minutes from RSW Airport; convenient to restaurants, shopping, beaches, boat launch, watersports, golf, putt-putt, and all else SW Florida has to offer. Adult bikes (4), beach chairs (4), umbrella, cooler, wagon and beach towels are included.
