Schönes Hotel in ruhiger Lage, sehr nettes und freundliches Personal, gutes Frühstück über die gesamte Frühstückszeit frisch und verfügbar. Leider sind die Zimmer sehr hellhörig gegenüber Nebenzimmer und Gang. Unsere Nachbarin pflegte ab 03:30h jeden Tag sein TV einzuschalten (und uns zu beschallen) und war leider etwas schwerhörig.... Ansonsten sehr empfehlenswertes Hotel in guter Lage zu Restaurants und Shops

Wir waren das dritte mal in diesem Hotel und immer zufrieden. Aber dieser Aufenthalt war spitze, das Personal war super freundlich. Wir haben das Zimmer wie gewünscht bekommen und das Frühstück war auch gut. Wir haben uns geärgert nicht länger geblieben zu sein.

Wie hatten ein sehr schönes, großes und sauberes Zimmer. Der Empfang war sehr freundlich und auch die Servicemitarbeiterin beim Frühstück hatte immer ein nettes Wort. Es gab am Pool separate Handtücher. Er war sehr warm und hatte eine schöne Größe zum schwimmen oder Ball spielen. Zum Strand nach Naples musste man 30 Minuten fahren. Auch der Strand von Bonita Springs war nicht ganz in der Nähe. Frühstück war für amerikanische Verhältnisse gut. Außerhalb der Frückstückszeit gab es Kaffee und Wasser.

Hotel still very nice - check-in disappointing
This hotel has been my first choice since years when coming to Bonita Springs. But this time the check-in was more than disappointing. The guy at the reception was extremely uncooperative and unfriendly. The hotel was fully booked (Memorial Day Weekend). But I had expressed my room preference weeks in advance when I made the reservation. For the man, however, it was more important to watch TV in the lobby than trying to help us. He said if I had any special requests I should book the hotel directly and not online through a third party (Expedia). Also he was very rude to my wife, he said she talked too much. To be clear, I really like everything else about this hotel. But that's not how you treat guests!

The only issue was trying to get housekeeping in on Sunday. We left our room for housekeeping to come in, we needed towels, shampoo, etc. and it looked like she was just a couple of rooms away. When we returned it looked like she had skipped our room - we did not have the do not disturb sign on the door so I'm not sure why we were skipped. We asked for clean towels and left to go sit by the pool for a bit. When we came back later she was finally in our room so we just went out for a walk. It was at the end of the day, probably around 5:30 or so when the room was finally done. In for just a long weekend so Sunday was the only day we required housekeeping although the room wasnt cleaned on Saturday either when we left the room around 1:30 p.m. and didnt return until around 7:00 p.m. or so.

Great place -it’s clean and the staff is friendly. What would make this place better would be if they had the pool open later. They close it at dusk so you can’t swim after dinner at all. :-(

This property was very nice, clean, and up to date. One thing my wife and I did not like was all the dogs we encountered during our stay. Nor sure if the place was not a kennel? My wife noticed that there was almost a dog fight in the lobby on Saturday morning between two small dogs. I encountered one dog on the elevator sniffing and licking my feet! I have nothing against dogs, but dogs should be kept in carriers when being taken inside and outside the hotel.

The overall stay we had was fine. The property could use some touch ups. We requested rooms with our travel party to be close together but we ended up being separated and on different floors. One employee at the front desk, Warren, was very unfriendly and unhelpful, seemed extremely irritated whenever we had questions, Was very rude to someone else in our travel party, and generally never seemed approachable. The rest of the staff made our stay really great though. Special shout out to Maria who was super joyful and sweet to our kids every morning at breakfast, and another special shout out to Carla the housekeeper who did a great job and was so kind to us, especially my kiddos.

The hotel was not family friendly. Warren at the front desk was rude to us the minute we walked into the door. He scoffed and rolled his eyes when we asked questions about the hotel and amenities. Our room key never worked. We had to get new keys several times a day which is inconvenient when you’ve just made it up the elevator with 3 little kids. We were lectured by Warren about how to work room keys. We were not keeping them near phones or credit cards. They just didn’t work. We booked 2 roooms in our reservation and called ahead of time to ask if they could be near each other. We were told this wouldn’t be an issue (my 8 year old and my mom were sharing that room). When we arrived to the hotel the rooms were not near each other and Warren was rude about it and said “that’s just how hotels work”. We felt that Bonita Springs in general was not family friendly at all and are disappointed in our trip. On a positive note, Maria from the breakfast buffet at the hotel was absolutely wonderful!
