Our buffet breakfast every morning offers a great selection of products between sweet and savory foods and hot & cold with particular attention to their freshness and flavor. We are very sorry, therefore, to know that it was not to your liking. Regarding the fitness room, we are sorry if you find it “poor”: it is not a lack of imagination, but is a painful lack of liberty due to the Covid restrictions. Dear Paul,Thank you for sharing your review of our Starhotels Excelsior.We are glad to hear you overall enjoyed your stay at Starhotels Excelsior and we would like to apologies if you had trouble with the temperature in the room.We experienced a really strange April, especially in the second half of the month, with external temperatures going up and down even during the same day and this caused few difficulties in setting up the room temperatures, also because in the same period there were guests reporting they were feeling cold in the room. During winter time only the heating system is turned on and it is possible to regulate the room temperature through the thermostat in the room or by switching the fan completely off. From the day before yesterday night the A/C is on.I do hope we may look forward to welcoming you back to Starhotels Excelsior on many more occasions in the future.With all good wishes,
