It is very close to Bologna Central Station. You can also walk to the old town of Bologna. The rooms are clean, neat and comfortable. International travellers should be aware that they need to call the room owner when checking in.

First off, not an Inn- some private rooms in an apartment building. Be sure to arrange check-in ahead of time. Host was friendly but not at the 'inn'. Room was smallish, bathroom was nice, private and across the hall. Not a very inviting area of town but across from the regional bus station, not too far from train station. Not a pleasant night walk to the historic part of town. We chose it because of train proximity. Bed not US type king, more like a queen.

Like others have said, it was difficult to locate this property, because we were looking for a hotel, not a room in an apartment house. Once there, the owner did allow us to store our suitcases. The room is modern and clean and attractive with a window on a main Street. there are many street people in the area. It would’ve been good to have some mugs and some utensils. There are only very small plastic, espresso, cups and glasses. But there was a mini fridge and a one cup coffee maker.

It’s not a hotel. It is a room in a private flat
When ticking the ‘hotel only’ filter this property is shown as a hotel. It isn’t. It’s a room in a residential apartment. No front desk, no staff at any point in our stay just a WhatsApp message about how to let ourselves into their apartment.

Whilst staff were very helpful, the property wasn’t as described. It isn’t a Hotel or Inn, just a room in a residential block. Quite difficult to find - no exterior sign and only be peering through barred securely doors could we see a name which was similar ( amongst many plaques). There was nobody there for check in although we had arranged a time, but they came quickly when we contacted them. There is no luggage storage though that was advertised, but the owners were helpful and allowed us to leave bags when we queried this. Our room was clean and well appointed.

Walkable from the train station, bus station, and central Bologna. Impeccably clean, close to two delicious cafes and numerous eating spots - both sit down and take out. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and would absolutely stay here again.

This property is in a perfect location to visit historic Bologna. Offers onsite parking and is within walking distance to all of the city’s historic places! The hosts were excellent in communicating and giving great recommendations. Would definitely recommend!!

Room was pleasant. Large with a nice bathroom. It was definitely more like an air B and B than a hotel. Took me by surprise since it was unlike anything I booked on Expedia before. Finding it and getting access had air B and B quirkiness.

No front desk that I could see. Couldn't use free airport shuttle because the proprietor didn't get up that early. No lounge or common area. No chair to sit in in the room. Bed frame uncomfortable. No obvious signage for the 'hotel'. I had to run the gauntlet of three locks to get in the room. No food available on site .

Shared apt with no soundproofing and stingy hosts
Shared apartment with private bath apparently remolled in a old office space etc. There is 4 rooms all together. There is no soundproofing at all. I could hear crystal clear all the discussions word by word from other rooms not to mention whistling, music playing, singing and farting of the dutch guys next room well past midnight. Not possible to sleep without earplugs. There is no reception and nobody is on the property. Cleaning, supposedly to be done daily, was done between every 2-3 days. Free bottled water daily means glass jar of regular tap water placed on the fridge only on the first day. There is no heating whatsoever in the bathroom, so when its still spring and temperatures below +10c, the bathroom becomes cold and damp. There is a heated towel rack, but its not working, as its disabled by the owners to probably save on electricity, so all towels are left wet. There is also an aircon unit, but again no remote given so cannot be used, as the owners seems to be stingy. When paying 100€ per night, you would expect some kind of quality. Unfortunately Bologna was full, so had no other choice. Avoid at all cost in this price level.

The owner is very nice and was always responsive to my messages. Room is clean and confortable. Coffee machine was available. Sadly there was only 3 sheets of toilet paper, so that is my only complaint, as I had no left over toilet paper available.

Room close to train/bus station
Place is very clean, and location wise very close to the train station also bus station and easy walk to the centre. I would definitely recommend this place and I will book for sure when I return.

Posizione non centralissima ma vicina al centro e molto pratica sia per chi arriva in treno, che per chi viaggia in macchina. Camera pulita, ben illuminata con molte prese elettriche a disposizione. Ottimo riscaldamento! Bollitore e macchina per caffè espresso a disposizione. Carino il pensiero di acqua e cioccolatini offerti. Posto del tutto piacevole.

tiny B&B close to central station. no elevator. no public space to live in, just your room and the shared kitchen, the place is really new and confortable, the personnel is really really really gentle. good place to spand a couple of night when transiting.Or for a weekend in the city centre. It miss a plate outside the building.

The hotel location is good cause its near to national bus station. Actually it’s a flat of an apartment rather than a Hotel. The student population was high throughout the apartment. Although the authorities are concerned, their English is not very good. Room choices may not match the given room. (Although we booked a triple room, we couldn't stay in a triple room for the last two nights because we were 2 people.) Otelin konumu Otobüs istasyonuna yakın olması sebebiyle güzel. Bir apartmanda bir daire olarak değerlendirmenin daha sağlıklı olacağı kanaatindeyim. Apartman geneli ise öğrenci ağırlıklı. Yetkilileri ilgili olsa da ingilizceleri pek iyi değil. Oda seçimleri ile verilen Odanın uyuşmaması söz konusu olabilir. (Biz 3 kişilik oda rezervasyonu yapmamıza rağmen, Son iki gece 2 kişi olduğumuz için 3 kişilik odada kalamadık.)

宿泊先の場所がわかりづらい。アパート？マンション？のような建物の2階を借りてやってるのか、名前の入った看板もなく、通行人に聞かないと見つけれないと思う。部屋は比較的キレイで、駅から徒歩圏内、市内へは15分ぐらい？Wi-Fiは早い、ベッドは少し固い。

[Check-in] 入住的時間從下午4點開始，沒有櫃台，可以先按門鈴，房東會開車過來，大概等5分鐘。 [房間] 我們住在2號房，房間很乾淨，但是廁所要穿過走道，雖然那間廁所是我們獨用的，房東還另外給我們廁所的鑰匙(以防別人偷用?)，不過就滿不方便的。 [設施] 網頁上有寫他附免費早餐，但其實並沒有，只有提供玄關放置的膠囊咖啡，有種被騙的感覺

Confortevole ma la colazione non c'è
Sebbene fosse indicato colazione, questa non era prevista. A meno che un caffé (che tra l'altro io non bevo) non si possa considerare tale. La camera è grande e il letto confortevole. Il bagno esterno dalla stanza (nel mio caso) non è molto comodo dovendo aprire e chiudere con le chiavi le porte.

Gentile Lorenzo Mi scusi, ma dove l'ha vista la colazione inclusa nel prezzo della camera? Lei aveva la tariffa ROOM ONLY. Questo significa che nel prezzo che ha pagato è compreso solo il pernottamento. Poi, le cose che ha trovato nella struttura: caffè, biscotti, caramelle, acqua..... sono tutti i ns OMAGGI ai cliente. Per quanto riguarda invece il bagno PRIVATO esterno, non so che dirLe..... è stato proprio Lei a prenotare quella camera, perché non ha prenotato un'altra camera con il bagno interno,?? Le consiglio di leggere più attentamente le condizioni della struttura che va a prenotare, per la prossima volta... Grazie! Central City Inn
