The park includes picnic tables, play areas, an outdoor gym, practice fields, and facilities for tennis and volleyball and is home to the Hyde Park Street Fair filled with local vendors, live music and food trucks.

A “sub” urban retail area of the age of Hyde Park is unusual for any community. It rivals such famous areas like the Niles District in Oakland for its character and quality. Here you will find Java, Goodie's Candy Shop, 13th Street Pub, and North End Pizza to just name a few eateries along with treasured boutiques.

This unit is also only 5 minutes from Bogus Basin road. Drive up 30 minutes to Bogus Basin to ski in the winter or bike and hike in the summer.

-Please take care not to block our neighbors' driveways or mailboxes
-Please also keep noise levels to a minimum by observing quiet hours after 10 PM
