WHAT SHOULD I BRING? We will provide bed linens, towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap and a starter pack of toilet paper. We recommend bringing your own paper towels and any cleaning supplies you feel you may need. Please make sure to also review our amenities for what we provide and reach out with any questions.
BOOKING REQUESTS/ACCEPTED BOOKINGS: Accepting a booking request or sending a pre-approval doesn't override our house rules or booking requirements. This includes early check-in. Guests agree to book in good faith and will not engage in any retaliatory actions towards the host in the event of a lost resolution.
COVID DISCLAIMER: We do professionally clean the home prior to your arrival and make sure to properly sanitize each surface for you.
CLEANING: Our cleaning fee is based on a courteous guest (e.g. someone who cleans up after themselves, puts dishes in the dishwasher, leaves the place as they found it, etc.) and allows us to continue to offer a reasonable cleaning fee. If our housekeeping crew discovers an unreasonable mess post-check-out, we will charge an additional fee of $100 on top of any additional fees incurred by extra time for housekeeping, delays for the next guest, etc. Trash left outside in the hallway results in a $50 fine per bag. Guests are expected to clean up after themselves and dispose of any waste properly. The dishwasher may be left running and/or full of clean dishes.

Guests are requested to vacate the property by the agreed upon check-out time. If guests are more than 30 minutes late in vacating the property, a fee of $75 will be assessed. In the event that guests are more than 2 hours late in vacating the property, a fee equivalent to one additional night's stay at the base nightly rate without discounts will be charged. This fee does not grant guests possession of the property for an additional night, it is solely a fee for the unauthorized late check-out.
