The person at the front desk was not very helpful since the booking was done by Expedia. The room that I booked was not given to us. I booked a two queens and a sofa bed more expensive than the single king which they gave me. I would like to be reimbursed for difference

Therefore, room types are based on availability at check-in. Also, we are unable to make changes or adjustments to the reservation or payment details directly. We hope this clarifies what occurred. Breakfast was a joke and the lady attending to it didn't care. She allowed everything to run out. Parking in open parking lot for sixteen dollars is a joke. Maid service was basically non existent. We left at 9 am and came back at 4 pm to freshen up before our next event and still no service.
